Making memories on my way home ✨

An ode to the woman I’ve become..

In stillness, we are. In motion, we become. The act of living is perpetual transformation.

This body has carried me through so much and I’m proud of her ability to punch and squat 😌 above her weight. Her resilience in every season and her commitment to transformation.
This heart of gold knows love and loss but always keeps her rhythm. I’m impressed by her elasticity and ability to remain tender while keeping me going.
And though these shoulders know weight and these feet have walked long winding roads, this birthday I’m most grateful to be, and feel at home in my own skin.
At home and stable in my mind.
At home while rediscovering landmarks in my spirit.
At home and at peace in my body.
She was never too much or not enough to begin with.
She just had to find her way through.
And she’s found her way through 🦋

May the year ahead be even more beautiful for her and every version of her to come ✨ by @shaquii_dan

It’s my birthday! 🥳🙌🏾

Wunna this age thing getting serious 😂😂 Someone recently asked me - “At which point do you stop becoming and just “be”. Like when do you fully become?” I haven’t figured it out yet 😅 so in the mean time.. I’ll be here - holding firm, evolving 🦋 giving thanks to the Father, keeping the faith and living life one day at a time in 4K.

Grateful for what was, what is and looking forward to what’s ahead. ✨ by @shaquii_dan

Pablo and Griddy’s girl child.
First of her name.
One of one.

She was once 1,5,7 and 16.
Dreaming.
Bayland beginnings, to a world of infinite possibilities.
Full circle.
Grateful for those who’ve gone before and those currently walking beside me. Here now doing my part to pay it forward and clear the way for those coming behind.

Happy International Women’s Day! 💐

May we continue to amplify our voices, advocate for the rights of women and girls, and make waves wherever necessary. We belong in all fields, in any room and at any table we choose.

Bryanna, thank you for capturing this full circle moment 🫶🏾

This is a two part post.

First off happy birthday to a gem of a human being. Shaquille Millar 👑❤️ Iykyk.

Now down to business. Shaq has been my friend almost two decades. A year ago she came to me and entrusted me with her fitness journey. But this journey was not just about changing her body, this was about working on her mind, this was about her rebranding herself. 'Super woman' as I call her has showed up for herself daily, building herself up brick by brick regardless of what she was feeling. Some days even with tears in her eyes. Constant work brings results. I MEAN LOOK AT THE MATERIAL 🔥🔥🔥🔥. I am inspired daily by this powerful little woman and im SURE that many others are as well.

TRANSFORMED! Not just body, but mind too!

The girl and her palm…🌴

“Palm trees are strong and resilient, able to withstand strong winds (up to 145mph), hurricanes, flooding and other harsh conditions. Their sturdy roots are said to make them resistant to flooding. The trunk of a palm tree is thick and made up of many small fibrous layers that allows the tree to bend about 40-50 degrees without easily snapping under immense pressure. This bending ability is considered an adaptation technique common in different species of palms, enabling them to withstand strong winds and hurricanes.”

Still standing.
Only up from here.
Only up this year.
It’s only up from here.

Respectfully…
