I had the great pleasure of taking a deeper dive into Shanti Komala Basti & Pinda Svedana, I made the herbal formulas, administered and then had the wonderful experience of receiving these treatments…The power of these ancient ayurvedic techniques has a profound impact on both the physical & subtle bodies. The subtle nuances can have a deep energetic reaction releasing stored ama & trauma…These are two of the five systems of Panchakarma! I look forward to going deeper into these modalities in my practice.
