Down a rabbit hole of looking at videos of my Nanna and Bamps. It took me years to be able to watch them without feeling so sad. Now I look back at them and am just so grateful that I have them. I saw this video and almost can’t believe how long it took me to accept my Nanna had dementia. My mother had been drip feeding the suggestion of it to me for months, if not years before I finally accepted it 🥺 It’s a cruel disease but I still say we were lucky that even at the very end, there were still parts of my Nanna still there and it didn’t take her completely. We definitely made the most of a bad situation and even she laughed at herself a lot, which is all you can do I guess? I’ve been crying laughing at this video tonight - they were the best double act and I hope they’re having a whisky together somewhere tonight as they always did before bed ❤️💙 #dementia #vasculardementia #missedeveryday❤️ #nannaandbampa by @sharlainequick

16 years of loving you Nessa Shanessa ❤️ You were the dog of all dogs and the friend of all friends. We’re at a complete loss here without you tonight and the house just feels so empty. I know we’ve done the right thing by you but it’s not made it any easier. Nos da Nessa Dog, I can never thank you enough for being one of my biggest sources of comfort at every single life hurdle. An absolute consistent fluff ball of loyalty and love. ❤️ by @sharlainequick

It’s that time of year again, and when you’re the child of the school’s Drama Teacher, it’s not easy 😜 We actually do have a lot of fun practicing and he loves doing the Llefaru (recital) and the Ymgom (performance from a script). His school Eisteddfod is on Friday so we thought we better pull our socks up a bit today! 💪🏻 #eisteddfodyrurdd #llefarubl4 #cymrydrhansynbwysig #bribery #toptip by @sharlainequick

Celebrating Nannette’s Retirement ⭐️ 27 years in the same place is a long time and so many people have benefited from having the absolute best take care of their loved ones. But now it’s time to stop running around like a maniac for a while ❤️ Was only right that I bought her a new pair of Marigolds ready for when she can come and stay more regularly again 😉 Happy Retirement, Mam and welcome to full time Nannette Duties! 🤣 She’ll be begging to go back to work in a few months! 😜 by @sharlainequick

This usually lives on the wall as they love to climb and hang - but we took it off today and spent a big part of the morning racing cars and racing each other! Get the whole set for £112.50 with the code 46COOPER10. This was gifted to us but a genuine recommendation and it’s REALLY well made and good quality. It’s an absolutely brilliant price for a super cool surprise Christmas gift! #goodevasunitedkingdom #goodevasuk #swedishladder by @sharlainequick

You just can’t do it all…#priorities 😜 by @sharlainequick

I’m a sucker for anything Welsh. You’d get it, if you were Welsh! 🤣 I assume English people don’t get excited when they see things in shops with English quotes on, but us Welsh - we do! Which is why I love a @maxrockswales item, such as these bilingual calendars. I think they make the perfect Christmas gift for someone ❤️ by @sharlainequick

Safe to say, the boys have absolutely loved this gift that we received from @goodevas_uk 🥰 We used to have a pyramid climbing frame but it was always in the way! 🙈 But then we saw this beauty and now have the best of both worlds! They both went straight to it when they woke this morning and when they got back after school! Take a look at the website for all the options and don’t forget to use 46COOPER10 for discount ⭐️ #goodevasunitedkingdom #goodevasjunglegym3in1 by @sharlainequick

Looking for another way to play with numbers at home - I’d highly recommend a set of Goki wooden calculating sticks! Used over and over again with Coops, and now it’s Ralffi’s turn! #earlynumeracyskills #numeracyresources #countingsticks by @sharlainequick

This was the most ridiculously spontaneous decision, that I absolutely did not give any time to actually weigh up if I really wanted to do, but I’m SO glad I did! @_house.of.eden_ I absolutely love them ❤️ #microblading #microbladebrows by @sharlainequick

I’ll never forget this day ❤️ #ivf by @sharlainequick
