Head up a collective shift is undergoing🪽! Tuning in to themes of the collective, the sense of feeling stuck came up! If you are feeling it , you are not the only one you are undergoing a change, YOU are meeting your unconscious ways of fear that create a hold on you, could you believe it might feel safe for you to feel stuck 🤯? You are the one who’s holding yourself. Firstly have trust and faith this is showing up so you can move through these self limitations! And you can ! It is your birthright to feel FREE within yourself🙌 so we need to be willing to feel the fear in our bodies and ask curious questions as to why it is there, is it afraid cause it can’t see the road a head! Or afraid of starting something new ! This is an important step in building your inner foundation. It’s not something to move away from but something to honor 🪷 with in you, with deep reverence. Holding Space. Being Held.

A five-session sound healing and relational journey for facilitators, therapists, coaches and practitioners.

This guided series combines meditation, sound healing, embodied awareness and group process to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness and authentic connection. Created for those who spend their lives holding space for others, it offers an opportunity to pause, restore and be held within a small, supportive community.

5-session series • Each session builds on the last • 2.5 hours per session • Maximum 11 participants

To witness women arrive exactly as they are~with open hearts, guarded hearts, broken hearts, hopeful hearts~and to watch something soften within them as they realise they are not alone.

Every circle reminds me that healing doesn’t happen because someone has all the answers. It happens because we create a space where truth is welcome, vulnerability is honoured, and every woman is deeply seen.

Thank you to every woman who has trusted this space.
You are the medicine.
You are the circle.
You are the sacred.

Facilitator Circle
I believe we are entering a new chapter in healing.
A chapter where we move beyond working only with individuals, and begin remembering the power of gathering in small, intentional circles. Where connection becomes part of the healing, and presence becomes as important as any modality.
I’m bringing together a handful of practitioners who feel called towards this way of working-not to teach, but to explore together.
If you feel drawn to creating spaces rooted in humanity, presence, and authentic relationship, I’d love for you to join us.

Every session teaches me something new. One of the woman shared how frustrated she felt whenever a deep familiar sadness returned after she thought she had finally healed.

Each time the feelings resurfaced, she believed she was back where she had started.

in the circle we compared healing to the tide. How The ocean returns to the shore again and again, yet it is never the exact same water.

The image stayed with her.

Perhaps each return was not a failure, but another opportunity to meet herself with greater understanding.

She left the session with a deeper knowing landed that healing was not a straight line.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to join us. Just come as you are. The circle is here for you. 🤍

What guides me is HEALING.

I have come to trust the wisdom that lives beyond certainty. Knowing myself has taught me that I don’t need to have every answer or steps mapped out. I can meet the unknown with an open heart, grounded presence, and deep trust. This is the space from which I guide others.

I don’t guide from a place of certainty~I guide from a place of connection. The relationship I have with myself allows me to stay present with whatever arises, without needing to change it or rush it. I trust the unfolding, and I invite others to trust their own unfolding too.

I trust that healing is not something we force-it is something we create space for. Through soul sound healing and women’s circles, I hold the belief that when one woman reconnects with herself, that healing ripples outward.
I am guided by the knowing that every voice matters, every heart carries wisdom, and every woman deserves a space where she can soften, be witnessed, and remember who she is.
