Y como supere mis expectativas? Mis 5 tips favoritos👇🏼✨🏋🏻‍♀️🤍

1. Le di prioridad a la proteína: empecé a consumir unas 2400 calorías diarias, con un intake de 190g de proteína diaria✨

2. Descanso: siempre duermo mis 8 horas, pero me había descuidado, volví a tener una rutina y un horario!

3. No restricciones: no quise hacer este proceso más difícil, así que cuando me quería darme un gusto me lo daba (pero si elimine por completo el alcohol)

4. Cardio de baja intensidad: si crees que veras resultados solo por ir al gym, te estás equivocando, necesitas gastar energía durante tu día, y caminar es mi mejor aliado, hacia de 8k a 10k pasos diarios

5. Plan estructurado: esta vez me armé yo solita un plan en el gym con todo lo que ha aprendido durante estos 5 años, me enfoqué en entrenamientos de fuerza y enfocándome en ejercicios compuestos y aislados🏋🏻‍♀️
