Contrary to popular belief, I think martial arts is a delicate language spoken by the body and the breath.

The rituals, the bow, the praising of each others victories & even honoring the battles fought silently. What do you think?

Thank you team @tigerschulmannschelsea for being a catalyst to my growth in and outside of the gym 🙏🏾🙏🏾

I go by Shawn, I'm an Independent Personal Trainer. Heres a few traits I'd like to share about myself:

-I am inspired by everyday people who are committed to doing big things 💪🏾

-I love to celebrate the wins of others

-I started fitness when I was at my least confident

I've not only found a passion for health and wellness but connecting with others who share similar values.

Let's connect 🫡

Dumbbell lateral raises are one of the most popular shoulder exercises in the gym, but how many movements are actually good enough to beat them? 👀

We put them up against some of the most common shoulder exercises to find out.

How long are you staying quiet?

High Performer Conversations with my guy @shawnfit3d
As we tackled down a late night 5K Run.

@shawnfit3d who is not only just an athlete, he is a coach, martial artists and businessman that understands the importance of mindfulness.

So we shared 💎 for 💎 and expressed how if our minds isn’t right, it “shows up in how you show up”. Especially, when you’re responsible for other people and sometimes the real work isn’t physical. It’s knowing who you are before you try to lead anyone else.

This is why Solitude, Humiliation and Execution is still an acronym I live by because without them, there is no you!

More 🔥 coming your way, keep the notifications on🤝

See you at home,

A change of scenery isn't just about convenience, it can drastically change your mood towards the workout for your day.

We operate in seasons, a rigid program can be great to follow but without adaptability monotony can creep in.

Theres of course many things to consider here but if you have the opportunity take advantage because your clients may thank you for it and may even boost your mood too!

If this resonates with you then this is your sign! Dont be afraid to switch it up 💪🏾
