It’s the thought 💭 that counts!

My neighbours wouldn’t want me cooking for them lol 😂

@cwmbranparkrun Thank You for having me! Was an absolute pleasure to visit your Parkrun this weekend.

I was made to feel VERY Welcome by volunteers, other runners and also loved the route. Looking forward to visiting again!
Potentially over the festive period!

Next week I’m visiting either Coed Cefn-pwll-du which is in between Caerphilly & Newport or @aberdareparkrun which is in Aberdare!

Let me know in the comments which one I should go to!

Thank You once again @cwmbranparkrun taken in Cwmbran Park Run by @sheldon.donovan.1

What an amazing weekend!

Parkrun at Porthcawl to start off my weekend with @rhysdato then going for a swim in the sea to set me up for my next challenge which was the @cardiffhalf.

I had an amazing day seeing @_karli_lou and @chloeminto90 as well as so many familiar faces!

Huge Thank You to Mum, Dad, @jordan.donovan , @meganlauramcelligott, Matt, Trevor, Chris and Chris for coming to support. Lovely to meet Willow Chris and amazing to meet Trevor!

Amazing to see fellow runners 🏃‍♂️ from @roathparkrunners_official, @southwalesstriders and Albany Road Runners and Thanks for all the constant support that they give!

Chip Time - 2hrs, 42mins and 8secs

This was a better time by 25mins 12secs which I’m over the moon about!

Next challenge which is the Brighton 10K in November! taken in Cardiff by @sheldon.donovan.1

Today was a very special day!

6 years ago I started my first of 20 days of radiotherapy at @velindrecancercharity hospital in Cardiff.
Out of all the Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy treatments, the radiotherapy was the one treatment that got me into a remission stage ready for me to have my Stem Cell Transplant!

Today I ran 17km with 2000 plus incredible people from Caerphilly Castle to Cardiff Castle raising vital funds for this amazing hospital.
What an incredible event it was!

Back in 2020 there were doubts that I’d be here now let alone running 🏃‍♂️ marathons, half marathons and taking part in Parkruns every week along with my gym classes and running numerous times a week!
Changed person!

Huge Thank You to everyone at @albanyroaduk, @southwalesstriders & @roathparkrunners_official and @malvernbuzzards for all your support with running 🏃‍♂️. Friends for life!

Along with my gym, I’ve found something I really enjoy!

I’ve got amazing Family and Friends around me!
I truly am so lucky to have the support! taken in Cardiff by @sheldon.donovan.1

Nice walk 🚶‍♀️ into Cardiff this morning for the @cardiff10k

Couldn’t get a space as I wasn’t prepared as I didn’t think I’d enjoy running 🏃‍♂️ as much as I do, so I’m volunteering for @run4wales at the Bag Drop!
Can and say hi 👋

I’ve got the running 🏃‍♂️ bug - from this month I’m taking part in an event per month! Next event is Castle2Castle for @velindrecancercharity in 2 weeks time! Caerphilly Castle 🏰 to Cardiff Castle 🏰

If you’d like to sponsor, Thank You 🙏 from the bottom of my heart ❤️
