or doing activities you’ve always wanted to try,

you’ll never be truely living the life you want to live.

There’s something special about going alone,

the way you have to learn to trust yourself,

to be by yourself,

to get to know yourself.

And.. be careful, you may just find all the like minded people you’ve been longing for along the way 🥰

So go alone,
you may just have the best time of your life.

August was a strange month.
Literally it was like I was viewing my life outside of my body 🥴

BUT this was a highlight!!
I worked the first session of the Winter Reset Social Day🧘🏻‍♀️ at @studioseventytwo_ and I was a little jealous, so I brought myself a ticket for the second session 😂

I know exactly when I need time to turn inwards, and unwind and I’ve learnt the hard way to NOT take my time or push it aside before acting on it 🙃🫣

My first modality of the session was the sound and vibration sauna, and actually my favourite for the day!!! My energy shifted in the first 5 minutes and I felt myself fully drop within and relax.

Sound, whether it be sound healing or live music - I LOVE IT SO MUCH.

With this event I loved being able to move and experience all the different modalities throughout the studio, I honestly thought I was going to fall asleep half way through as I was so relaxed 😂

And although they all have incredible benefits, in all honesty, I’m just so grateful to have a safe space to switch off from everything and reconnect with myself.

So as always, thank you so much @studioseventytwo_ for creating this special event and space. I really did LOVE it ♥️

Run Tarra Bulga - 25.5km trail run!!

I can’t believe I did this 😭😭

A CRAZY amount of self doubt leading into this,
barely trained and, even contemplated ALOT just not turning up the morning of🫣

A big thank YOU to all of those who got me there, the conversations and messages - I cannot even put into words how helpful they were.!!

It was freezing cold, windy and wet!

But it was a promise to myself !!

To go alone, even when no one else is interested.
When the only person holding you accountable is YOU!

To expand without wrecking myself.
{{in so many different aspects of my life}} 🙃

What it taught me was there can still be so much beauty through tough moments!

You’ve just got to be willing to see it.

Because it was so damn beautiful !!!!! And tough !!!
{{ESPECIALLY the 20-23km part 😂😂 WHAT THE HELLY!!!}}

I am just forever grateful to do it!! To move and challenge my body - to do it for those who can’t but would love too (🤍).

I ALWAYS think how lucky I am to go places where not everyone can or are willing to go.

Amazing views you can only ever witness by foot.

How grateful I am!!
And how alive I feel seeing them.

Wildly enough, I really did actually enjoy it 😂

The deep times remind me of my capacity to hold and feel.
My bright moments remind me how blessed and grateful I am.

My intention this year is to do things that make me feel alive and remind myself how lucky I am to be here {LIVING} each day.
