POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

If you continue waiting on others to go to all the places you dream of going,

or doing activities you’ve always wanted to try,

you’ll never be truely living the life you want to live.

There’s something special about going alone,

the way you have to learn to trust yourself,

to be by yourself,

to get to know yourself.

And.. be careful, you may just find all the like minded people you’ve been longing for along the way 🥰

So go alone,
you may just have the best time of your life.

Something beautiful is taking shape… 🤎

Two local studios. One shared love of movement, wellness and creating experiences that help you feel your absolute best.

We’ve been quietly working on something special with @clubbend and this is only the beginning.

More details coming soon. For now, consider this your little hint… ✨

August was a strange month.
Literally it was like I was viewing my life outside of my body 🥴

BUT this was a highlight!!
I worked the first session of the Winter Reset Social Day🧘🏻‍♀️ at @studioseventytwo_ and I was a little jealous, so I brought myself a ticket for the second session 😂

I know exactly when I need time to turn inwards, and unwind and I’ve learnt the hard way to NOT take my time or push it aside before acting on it 🙃🫣

My first modality of the session was the sound and vibration sauna, and actually my favourite for the day!!! My energy shifted in the first 5 minutes and I felt myself fully drop within and relax.

Sound, whether it be sound healing or live music - I LOVE IT SO MUCH.

With this event I loved being able to move and experience all the different modalities throughout the studio, I honestly thought I was going to fall asleep half way through as I was so relaxed 😂

And although they all have incredible benefits, in all honesty, I’m just so grateful to have a safe space to switch off from everything and reconnect with myself.

So as always, thank you so much @studioseventytwo_ for creating this special event and space. I really did LOVE it ♥️

My home away from home 🥰

Not sure what to add to your sauna session? Ask the girls who work around wellness all day.

We asked the Studio Seventy Two team one simple question:

“What supplement are you loving right now and why?”

Katie, Shell + Megs each had a favourite.

And this isn’t about telling you that you need another supplement.

It’s about showing you the little ways you can personalise your time at the studio.

Because your appointment doesn’t have to be just an infrared sauna, red light or recovery session.

You can build around what your body needs that day.

More hydration.
More minerals.
More recovery support.
A little extra nourishment.

Our range of wellness supplements can be added to your appointment, so you can enjoy them alongside your session.

Think of it as building your own little wellness ritual.

Infrared sauna + hydration.
Heat therapy + minerals.
Recovery session + nutritional support.

Small additions that can make your Studio Seventy Two ritual feel even more intentional.

And if you have absolutely no idea what to choose?

Ask us.

The girls are always happy to show you what’s available, what they personally love, and help you choose an option that suits what you’re looking for.

Because sometimes the best recommendation comes from someone who’s already tried it.

What are the girls loving right now? Watch to find out.

Save this for your next Studio Seventy Two visit or DM the studio before your appointment and we can have your chosen add-on ready for your sesh. 🤎

MEMBER OF THE MONTH 🤎

At the beginning of every month, each of our Studio Seventy Two Queens nominates one member who they feel deserves a little recognition.

There’s no leaderboard and it’s not simply about who visits the most. We notice the little things: consistency, commitment and the ways you choose to invest in yourself and your wellbeing.

It might be someone who’s committed to their regular sessions, tried something new, invested in a Wellness Pathway, added a little extra to their session, recommended Studio Seventy Two to a friend, supported the studio, or simply continued to make time for themselves and their health.

All of our nominations go into the hat on the 1st of each month, and one is drawn at random. 🎩

And our September Member of the Month is… LIZ @86lizzie ✨

Lizzie, you’ve got a complimentary Red Light Therapy session waiting for you this month.

Thank you for being part of our Studio Seventy Two community. We see you. 🤎

Who will be next month’s name in the hat?

Something is coming… ✨

For the past few months, I’ve been creating something that’s a little different.

Not another workshop.
Not another networking event.
Not another wellness class.

Just a space to slow down, reconnect, and spend a few hours with like-minded people who genuinely value looking after themselves.

If you’ve been craving more connection, more calm, and more moments that actually fill your cup… keep an eye on this space.

📅 Saturday 22nd August

Details are dropping very soon… and there will only be a small number of spots available.

We may be a wellness studio…

But we’re also so much more than that.

We’re the place you come when life feels heavy.

The place you come when your nervous system needs a break.

The place where you finally get an hour to yourself.

We’ve celebrated wins with you, supported you through hard seasons, listened to your stories, watched your confidence return, and witnessed incredible transformations that had nothing to do with weight, measurements or appearance.

Because wellness isn’t just about infrared saunas, red light therapy, compression, magnesium wraps or lymphatic rollers.

It’s about how you feel when you walk out the door.

Calmer.

Lighter.

More like yourself.

To every person who has made Studio Seventy Two part of their weekly rhythm, thank you.

We’re honoured to be part of your wellness journey.

🤍

What is Studio Seventy Two to you?

After Parts 1 and 2...

Here are the reasons filming took way longer than it should have. 😂

The forgotten lines.
The laughing.
The inability to stay serious for more than 3 seconds.

Enjoy the chaos. 🤍

AND proof we are absolutely NOT professional content creators 🤣🤪

POV: You recommend one TV Series and suddenly your entire workplace is emotionally invested in fictional men🤣

To be fair, I was obsessed first 🤷‍♀️#notevensorry #offcampus
