My first #olivetreepeople #glowworkshop was HUGE success. Completed pampered and relaxed these ladies. Had yummy snacks that each used olive oil in some way and some beauty mocktails. I definitely question a lot of the things we were taught to just accept. 😂

Especially the idea that getting older automatically means slowing down, feeling worse, and becoming less of who you are. Maybe aging is inevitable. But the way we age? I’m not so sure.

At 53, I’m more curious about what’s possible than I am interested in following the rules.
Question everything. Take care of yourself. Keep growing. Keep living.
