What doesn’t break your spirit, doesn’t break you. 👊

I’ve been in survival mode many times throughout my life. Starting from the age of 10. Single mom raising 6 kids called for many sacrifices and struggles from all of us…
But this last year and 1/2 took us for a serious ride on the struggle bus 🚌 I’m laughing 🤣 not laughing 🥹 and not totally off the bus either 🤨

It’s hard to share this and I hesitate to publicize my “behind the scenes” reality but it’s important that I keep adding value to others…and my mission remains the same regardless of my personal circumstances.

So if you are struggling right now, living in survival mode, I want you to reflect with me…(just know that you are not alone even though it feels lonely)😔

What I’m going to share might make you mad 😠 and that’s ok.

What I’m going to say might make you unfollow me 😳 and that’s ok.

What I’m going to say might be the catalyst that changes your life…and that would fulfill my dreams ❤️

👉You are not your circumstances but you are every single decision you make from now on.

SO REFLECT: in survival mode, most people make decisions based on: fear, doubt, and uncertainty.

💔Fear of what if…
💔Doubt in others, themselves, if they will or can…
💔Uncertain of the future…
This is a sign that your spirit is at risk 💔

As hard as it might be, you have to choose to silence the fear, doubt and uncertainty to both survive and succeed 👊❤️
Make DECISIONS based on: your DREAMS, VISION and DESIRES for your life. 🔥 this is where you dig into your spirit and out of your brain. 🧠
👉Write them down
👉Read them regularly
👉Speak them, share them
👉Make choices that lead you toward them 🙌
Most importantly, protect yourself from the naysayers, the negative, the broken souls that want company. 👿
This weekend I immersed myself in the leadership and energy of my “people”. Some I’ve known for a decade, some were strangers. But it was a prime example of how people can be the fuel ⛽️ that pour into your spirit and ignite you!

There’s something special about a girls trip.

This one actually started as a business trip… but somewhere between the airport, the rides, and the laughter, it turned into a girls trip.

California.
Idaho.
Washington.
Tampa.

Different states.
Different personalities.
Different life stories.

Most of us had never met in person before.

Yet somehow a few days together turns into laughter, inside jokes, and real connection.

Girls trips are good for the psyche.
They remind us to laugh more, play more, and not take life so seriously.

And yes… grown women screaming on Disney rides, making reels (even embarrassing ones) just for the fun of it.

Sometimes the best therapy is simply time with other women who lift each other up.

Start as strangers.
Leave as friends.

We’re all powered by peptides, so naturally there was plenty of energy and fun.

Just got back from the MAKE Wellness retreat in Orlando, and it was so fun finally meeting most of these ladies in person for the first time.

Different backgrounds. Different careers. Different daily routines.

But one shared interest: optimizing our health and creating more financial wellbeing.

Some of us come from tech.
Some from wine.
Some from mortgage lending.
And some of us are in fitness.

What brought us together was a curiosity about how to support our bodies better while also exploring ways to create more flexibility and financial stability in our lives.

With @makewellnessofficial, the conversations aren’t just about peptides.

They’re about learning more about how the body works, recovery, sleep, metabolic health, and even topics like supporting the body during transitions—such as when people choose to come off GLP-1 medications.

A lot of this weekend was simply about learning, asking questions, and sharing experiences.

What I appreciated most is that you don’t have to be an expert.

You just have to care about your health, be open to learning, and enjoy sharing what you’re discovering with others.

Whether someone is looking for better energy, better recovery, or exploring additional income opportunities, there’s space to learn and see if it fits their life.

From PJs to Glam ✨

One minute we’re in our PJs…
next minute we’re dressed up and ready for the evening.

There’s something really special about being around a group of women who are all here to learn, grow, and support each other.

Yes, we’re here talking about business and how to grow it.

But what I love most is that we’re also talking about health — because what’s the point of building success if we don’t have the energy to enjoy it?

For me, it always comes back to the basics that actually work:

• Strength — picking up those hand weights and building muscle so we can stay strong as we get older.
• Fuel — making sure we’re getting enough protein so our bodies can recover and keep going.
• Habits — the simple things we repeat every day that support our health.

And yes… also learning how to create more financial stability, so life feels a little less stressful and a little more free.

When your body feels strong and your life feels supported, everything else becomes more fun — even the work.

And honestly… that’s the vibe.

There’s something kind of magic about being in the right place with the right people.

Not the right room.
The right people.

Because the room doesn’t matter if you’re surrounded by the wrong energy. But when the Venn diagram lines up? Ideas start swirling like soft serve and you end up with something that could only have come to life in that specific intersection of humans. ✨
You pull something out of them. They pull something out of you. And suddenly you’re saying things you didn’t even know you thought yet.

AI can’t do that.

It cannot sit across from you and ask the question that cracks something open. It cannot read the energy shift in the room when an idea lands. It cannot be the person who sees you differently than you see yourself — and says so out loud.

In a world that’s automating everything it can get its hands on, human connection isn’t becoming less valuable.
It’s becoming the differentiator.
