24 HOURS TO GO, MIAMI! 🚨 Are you ready to push-up for a purpose?

Tomorrow, UD and Bam are teaming up with Anatomy Fitness for the #AnatomyHourPushUpChallenge, and there’s still time to join the action!

Participants will have one hour to complete as many push-ups as possible while raising money through per-push-up pledges and flat donations.

100% of proceeds raised will benefit the Udonis Haslem Foundation and Bam, Books & Brotherhood Foundation, helping both organizations continue their work supporting children, families, and underserved communities.

Here’s how you can get involved:

💪 Ready to take on the challenge? Register as an individual or team, create your personal fundraising page, and share it with friends, family, and your community to start collecting pledges and donations!

Miami, we’re officially only FIVE DAYS away! 💪

Udonis Haslem and Bam Adebayo are teaming up with Anatomy Fitness for the annual #AnatomyHourPushUpChallenge on Sunday, October 11 at 1111 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach.

Participants will have one hour to complete as many push-ups as possible, with supporters able to pledge an amount for every push-up completed or make a flat donation. 100% of proceeds will benefit the Udonis Haslem Foundation and Bam, Books & Brotherhood Foundation.

For UDF, that means helping us continue creating hope, access, and opportunity for children and families in underserved communities through programs focused on youth, mental health, education, and community accessibility. For BBB, it means supporting a mission dedicated to changing the lives of single mothers and expanding opportunities for children and at-promise youth.

Whether you’re ready to get down and give us as many push-ups as you can or you’d rather support from the sidelines, you can be part of the impact.

A special thank you to Dr. Melissa Glasgow, Dr. Tameisha Hinton, Coach Justin Wright, Ashley Carter, and Delvin C. Rogers Sr. for bringing your expertise, experience, and perspective to this year’s summit.

Each speaker will help lead an important conversation around the issues young people are navigating today, from AI and mental health to human connection, resilience, nutrition, emotional intelligence, and healthy responses to difficult situations. Happy Independence Day Jamaica!! Hardships there are, but the land is green, and the sun shineth...
