Through Hope For Tomorrow: Community Over Clicks, we brought students and families together for meaningful conversations about mental health, emotional intelligence, and the importance of genuine human connection in an increasingly digital world.

By creating space for young people to learn, ask questions, express themselves, and access valuable resources, we’re helping equip them with the tools to navigate life’s challenges, build healthy relationships, and grow into exactly the people they hope to be.

Because preparing the next generation for success means investing in who they become, not just what they achieve.

Miami showed up, showed out, and PUSHED THROUGH! 💪🔥

What an incredible turnout for the Anatomy Hour Push-Up Challenge! From every push-up to every cheer, the energy was unmatched as our community came together for a purpose bigger than ourselves.

24 HOURS TO GO, MIAMI! 🚨 Are you ready to push-up for a purpose?

Tomorrow, UD and Bam are teaming up with Anatomy Fitness for the #AnatomyHourPushUpChallenge, and there’s still time to join the action!

Participants will have one hour to complete as many push-ups as possible while raising money through per-push-up pledges and flat donations.

100% of proceeds raised will benefit the Udonis Haslem Foundation and Bam, Books & Brotherhood Foundation, helping both organizations continue their work supporting children, families, and underserved communities.

Miami, we’re officially only FIVE DAYS away! 💪

Udonis Haslem and Bam Adebayo are teaming up with Anatomy Fitness for the annual #AnatomyHourPushUpChallenge on Sunday, October 11 at 1111 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach.

Participants will have one hour to complete as many push-ups as possible, with supporters able to pledge an amount for every push-up completed or make a flat donation. 100% of proceeds will benefit the Udonis Haslem Foundation and Bam, Books & Brotherhood Foundation.

For UDF, that means helping us continue creating hope, access, and opportunity for children and families in underserved communities through programs focused on youth, mental health, education, and community accessibility. For BBB, it means supporting a mission dedicated to changing the lives of single mothers and expanding opportunities for children and at-promise youth.

Whether you’re ready to get down and give us as many push-ups as you can or you’d rather support from the sidelines, you can be part of the impact.

What a beautiful and meaningful evening! Charleston’s Island Delicacies was honored to be part of “One More Conversation,” an event dedicated to hope, connection, purpose, and the importance of choosing human connection in an increasingly digital world.

Hope For Tomorrow 2026: Community Over Clicks brought students, families, experts, educators, and community organizations together to connect and have honest conversations about the challenges that young people are navigating today.

Throughout the day, we talked about mental health, technology, emotional intelligence, and the importance of staying connected to one another.

UD’s words capture what the day was all about: staying connected to the young people in our community, being honest about the challenges we all face as humans, and reminding each other that support is always within reach.

To every student and family who joined us, thank you for showing up and being part of the conversation.

And to our speakers, sponsors, resource partners, volunteers, and community partners, thank you for helping us create a day where our youth could feel supported and heard.

On September 23, 2026, Councilmember Reinstein presented a Proclamation on behalf of the Mayor and the City Council to Dr. Thomas and The DRT Brain Love Foundation, Inc. for their continued commitment to ensuring that individuals, families, and communities understand that mental health matters, that asking for help is an act of strength, and that no one should have to struggle alone. #onemoreconversation #choosehuman #brainlove #mentalhealthawareness #communityconnection

It was also proclaimed that the City of Plantation recognizes the importance of continuing conversations that replace silence with understanding, stigma with compassion, isolation with connection, and barriers with access to care.

“BRAIN LOVE IS SUICIDE PREVENTION. BRAIN LOVE IS CONNECTION. BRAIN LOVE IS HOPE.”

The conversations were real and raw. The students, the mothers, those grieving, and the keynote Aida Rodriguez funnyaida …this was an evening of hope, connection, and purpose.

All we need is to have “One More Conversation” as that is all it takes to save a life…The conversation doesn’t end here. As @drdelvena said: “Let’s keep checking in, showing up, listening, and choosing one another.”
