Official stage shots from the @ibfa_mr_and_miss_britain2026 British Finals are in. And what a way to finish the 2026 competitive season. IBFA British Champion, Class 2 winner AND Overall British Champion. πŸ† Looking back at these shots, I'm genuinely proud of the physique I brought to the stage. We made some final adjustments and managed to bring an even better, fuller and more refined package to the British Finals. We absolutely nailed the peak when it mattered most. This prep has been far from straightforward. Between surgery earlier in the year, managing my chronic illness, juggling work, family life and everything else that comes with it, there have been plenty of challenges along the way. But I never gave up. I backed myself, trusted my own judgement and coached myself through every single stage of this prep. To come away with the British title and overall victory makes all those sacrifices worthwhile. A massive thank you to my beautiful Olivia for standing by me throughout this journey. You've seen the highs, the lows and everything in between. Your patience, support and belief in me have meant more than you'll ever know. I couldn't have done this without you. Thank you to Matthew and all the judges , promoters, sponsors etc at @ibfa_uk for putting on a fantastic British Finals and giving us athletes the opportunity to compete on such a brilliant stage. Thank you to Maria from @stage_ready_tan for the epic tan And thank you to @mattthomasphoto for capturing these moments. Photos I'll be looking back on for years to come. Finally, thank you to everyone who's followed my journey, sent messages, offered encouragement or supported me along the way. I've been overwhelmed by the response since Sunday. So, what's next? Take some well-earned time with my family, enjoy a productive growing phase and come back bigger, better and more complete. Can't believe I'm the British Overall Champion. IBFA TEESSIDE | CLASS 2 WINNER πŸ₯‡ | WPC PRO CARD πŸ† What a day. I stepped on stage at the IBFA Teesside, won Class 2 and earned my WPC Pro Card. On top of that, I received an invite to the IBFA British Finals and the WPC World Championships in Alicante, Spain next year. What a show @ibfa_uk @ibfa_teesside put on. The standard was phenomenal. The overall itself was described by the IBFA President and Head Judge as one of the strongest of the season, and it came down to an incredibly close and controversial decision between the top 4. That’s bodybuilding. 15 weeks of prep. Starting from a seriously compromised position and dealing with hurdle after hurdle along the way. Life. Work. Family. Stress. Chronic illness. Surgery. Everything that comes with trying to balance bodybuilding with real life. But I never gave up. I kept showing up. I left no stone unturned. And to finish this weekend like this, with my family standing beside me, is something I’ll remember forever. Last but definitely not least, thank you Olivia. For your support, patience and encouragement throughout this entire prep. You’ve stood beside me through some of the hardest parts of it and continued to back me when things weren’t easy. I’m truly grateful for you. I love you. ❀️ What a fucking weekend. ___ πŸ’» ONLINE COACHING SLOTS AVAILABLE: For all coaching enquiries, send me a DM πŸ“₯ or click the link in my bio πŸ”— #IBFA #WPC #Bodybuilding #ProCard #ShepherdFitness by @shepherdfitness
WFF PRO! Quick show day recap – Today I competed with @wffuk_official at the Hulk Classic Exeter and here’s how it went: πŸ₯‡ 1st place – Novice Bodybuilding 🎟 Special invite to represent the UK at the European Championships in Poland πŸ₯‡ 1st place – Class 2 (entered on judges’ recommendation) πŸ† Awarded WFF Pro Status πŸ”₯ Overall lineup – narrowly missed the win to seasoned competitor & multiple federation Pro Guy Harding. Well deserved, congratulations to him. Feedback from the judges – very complete and proportionate physique with a look they really liked. The only critique they provided is adding more overall mass. And more condition in the glutes and hamstrings. Which will be done with some more time 🫑. A huge thank you to my coach and good friend Patrick, @coachedbybuxton – took me on just 4 weeks out and guided me to this point. Phenomenal coach with unmatched attention to detail. He came with me today, supported me through the entire process, and made sure I was confident every step of the way. Also, massive love to my gorgeous fiancΓ©e Olivia, @oliviaclare91 – the most supportive partner I could ask for. She’s been by my side this whole prep while looking after our 6-month-old, and 3 other children. She was in the crowd cheering me on today. My biggest fan – love you ♾️ ❀️. Special thank you to @wffuk_official for putting on such a professional, welcoming, and well-run show. Without doubt, the best experience I’ve had with any federation – highly recommend competing with them. This journey hasn’t been without its challenges – living with Ankylosing Spondylitis, battling chronic fatigue, a back herniation, and a worn meniscus in my knee. Every step to this stage has been a fight, but today proved to me that perseverance beats the odds. What. A. Day. Absolutely blessed πŸ™πŸΌ and over the moon. Now it's time to eat πŸ” πŸ’ͺ🏼. by @shepherdfitness
SUN JUNKIE BROWNIE REVIEWS | EPISODE 4 Today's flavour: SNICKERS. Straight off the back of a brutal leg session, and quite frankly, I think I've earned this. My quads are destroyed, walking downstairs is now a genuine health and safety concern, and tomorrow's trip to the toilet is already giving me anxiety. But what better way to recover than with a massive brownie? Chocolate, peanuts, caramel... protein, carbs and fats. Sounds like a perfectly balanced post-workout meal to me. Trust the process. Today we're putting @sunjunkie_bodybuilding_brownie Snickers flavour to the test. Does it live up to the legendary chocolate bar, or will it leave me more disappointed than my legs were when they realised we had another set to failure? Watch to find out. As always, massive support for this independent business. Go and check them out. #SunJunkieBrownies #BrownieReview #SnickersBrownie #BodybuilderEats #SupportSmallBusiness by @shepherdfitness

Massive shoutout to the guys over at @gym_ratz_ll for hooking me up with one of their hoodies! Had the pleasure of meeting the team at the IBFA British Finals in Blackpool, and genuinely couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of people. Really impressed with the quality, comfort and fit of this hoodie. Absolutely spot on. For anyone wondering, I'm wearing a size XXL. Always good to support a growing brand that's passionate about bodybuilding and the community behind it. Go give @gym_ratz_ll a follow and check out their clothing range. Some cracking designs and definitely worth supporting. Thanks again guys, really appreciate it! πŸ’ͺ🏼 #GymRatz #GymClothing #Bodybuilding #SupportSmallBusiness #GymWear by @shepherdfitness
ONE WEEK LATER. πŸ†βž‘οΈπŸ“ˆ A week since I stepped on the IBFA British Finals stage and walked away as British Overall Champion. I've enjoyed the win. I've enjoyed some downtime. But today, the off-season officially starts. New plans are in place and there's a lot of work to be done. I'm proud of what I brought to that stage, but I'm already looking at where I can improve. More size. More tissue. More complete. The goal now is simple. Take this physique, improve it, and make an even bigger impact the next time I step on stage. Back to work. πŸ”’ ____ πŸ’» ONLINE COACHING SLOTS AVAILABLE: For all coaching enquiries, send me a DM πŸ“₯ or click the link in my bio πŸ”— #OffSeason #Bodybuilding #IBFAUK #BritishChampion #ShepherdFitness by @shepherdfitness

SUN JUNKIE BROWNIE REVIEWS | EPISODE 3 We're back for episode three, and today we're trying the Chocolate Orange brownie from @sunjunkie_bodybuilding_brownie. Now, anyone who knows me knows that chocolate orange is one of my all-time favourite flavour combinations. An absolutely elite combo in my opinion. So naturally, I've got some pretty high expectations for this one. After Cherry Bakewell and Matchmaker, we've already got some competition on the leaderboard, but could this be the one to take the top spot? I'm flying solo again today, so let's get stuck in and see if it lives up to the hype. As always, a massive shoutout to @sunjunkie_bodybuilding_brownie. A small independent business putting out some seriously tempting creations. Go and check them out and show them some support. #SunJunkieBrownies #BrownieReview #ChocolateOrange #BodybuilderEats #SupportSmallBusiness by @shepherdfitness
