She’s a strong, grounded, smart, dynamic and empathetic presence. Multi-talented and wearing many different hats, she’s “A Bi-sexual #filipina from the ovens of Phoenix, Arizona, Sheryl Williams moved to Chicago to enroll at Columbia College Chicago to pursue a life as a Fight Coordinator. So nice we did twice a year ago!

I got to celebrate my 1st year married to my other half. My owl, my peace, my patience, my home, my Philip.

I can't we've been holding the trees and stars in our hearts for a year now. We kept all that alive this year by going luxury camping @ The Woods in Michigan and visit Virtue Cider for a tasting.

In our first year a few life events were thrown at us, but the way we have supported each other and how our communication has grown really makes me believe we can do anything together. My stargazing buddy, my player 1, my group project partner for life, I love you. To many many more days of loving, laughter and gaming haha. So here is the delayed post from the last two months.There are so many people to love and thank.

Very blessed to have worked on so many nominated and winning shows this year @ the Jeffs:

And I hope I didnt miss anyone. I couldn't be prouder of all artist that I got the honor to work with. Thank you for sharing your light with me

Then next came firearm coordinating 5 Military assaults , 1 Riot shotgun, 1 Beretta, 1 revolver, 1 sawed off shotgun, 6 police rubber gun, 6 rubber tasers( all non firing) 3 fight with two warehouse raids and lots of tech later, Revolution(s) @ the Goodman opened and I am so proud of the designers and actors who have put this rock concert of a show together.

At Court Theatre we started our thrilling version of Taming of the Shrew! All I can say is, Come see it, I dont want to give any spoilers but peep them books.

And then a little lead up for next month with The Lyric. Two classics back to back, little bit of love. A little bit of violence, ALL the Drama! Nothing itches my brain the way reading scores does.

ONTOP OF the amazing college students between Roosevelt in Jesus Christ Superstar and at North Central with The Moors and Skriker.

Also I HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR A YEAR. Another post on that because it deserves its own post. by @sher_the_fun

July was a great little month, I turned 35, went and saw an AEW event, and got REALLY into plant chores.... I've collected more since, and I will touch base soon at the end of August.

Omg we are halfway through June!!

Here was May! The youngest of us graduated high school( So Proud) and has a scholarship to U of A( Go Wikdcats)
Hubbsy and I took a train ride to Flagstaff, making a pit stop at our former wedding venue for nostalgia before heading down to Phoenix and back.

Go See Iraq but Funny @lookingglasstheatre if you haven't, that's also been such a gift to be a part of.

Hello! Taking a moment to pop up for air while still in the flow. A lot has been going on in the work/life world.

Ive had the honor of working with beautiful artists in this short year so far:

I also have more wonderful moments of theater joy in the future, which is always lovely.

Ive also experience the loss of my husband's grandmother who treated me as her own from day one with Phil, how hard it was get my feet back underneath me when the world kept turning, and also having my phone get broken just in general super sucked.

I am a private and shy person, I have a lot of personal and social anxiety that I bury under my smile, laugh and sweaty palms. I forget to celebrate myself all the time and acknowledge the things I am going through, and reaching out when I need support. Forever unlearning to relearn a better practice and this time has really pointed it out to me.

So I was asked to offer a thing a while back and put some words on to digital paper with a group of some of the most brilliant minds I believe my words could stand next to.

I am not the most eloquent person but my hope is to help and if what I gave does even a little bit of that. It will be everything.
