Official Announcement: Mind en Pointe
Event date: May 24, 2026

Event Time: 1:30 PM – 5:15 PM

Calling the Middle Tennessee Dance Community,

Mind en Pointe is an upcoming mental health event created specifically for dancers ages 11-18, parents, and dance teachers.

Behind the scenes, many dancers are navigating pressure, comparisons, perfectionism, and injury. These experiences often go unspoken, preventing dancers from processing what they are going through.

Mind en Pointe was created to change that.
This event offers a structured, supportive space for dancers to explore the mental and emotional aspects of their training through guided reflection and connection. Parents and coaches will also be provided with a supportive space to discuss their athletes’ mental health needs.

This event is a safe space designed for conversation, growth, and understanding within the dance community.
