Balance is so important.
Physically and metaphorically..
being able to balance work: family: friendships & personal passions is a power play. It is being able to know what alignment truly is for you when the world is telling you otherwise. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come ; when you have confidence in yourself you can see beyond yourself and be one with the divine. Attention to the little things

Having routine helps me feel grounded.
Getting out in solitude walking in nature is a favorite ritual ; allows my active brain to organize thoughts, dream, listen and release .
