When a long time customer / fast friend says, “Hey, I think you should come to Kauai and do a pop up. Oh, and you can stay at my house,” it’s an immediate YES. 🌺

The bonus was what a great day it turned out to be. I met so many girls who were genuinely SO excited to get to shop vintage on the island, which made it so fun for me and the venture more than worth it. @its.dj.morgan crushed the tunes + @shipwreckedkauai couldn’t have been a kinder or chicer host. Will never forget the kindness and that setting 💚

Mahalo @sun.soul.style for your brilliant idea and for connecting me with all these beautiful souls. This might have to be a yearly thing now..

Next up ~ Oahu this Friday, 2–5pm at @a_r_v_o with @studio_dixie 🐚

A huge congratulations to these powerful women who just completed our first-ever teacher training 💥 We couldn’t have dreamed up a stronger, more inspiring group to launch our studio and lay the foundation of The Practice community. Here’s to the beginning of something incredible.

Missed this training? Our master trainer @hellopipermichelle will be back in February for a second round! Send us a DM to get on the waitlist.

Grateful to @shylahray for bringing her gifts and medicine to our community - your voice and songs are inspiring, teaching powerful and essence magnetic! Thank you for bringing your magic and generosity in allowing (and encouraging!) so many of us to share songs as well. It was a potent and beautiful evening. The world needs more of these kind of moments. We are so ready to have you come again! And I am grateful for our Central Coast community for SHOWING UP as we do, open for connection, transformation and supporting ourselves and one another. There were so many healers and musicians and artists and just super beautiful people there. I love our ever evolving and growing community and am proud of who we are individually and collectively. And grateful to the folks at @the.luvhub Vanessa, @skstearns, @shawna_mox and all the rest of you, for providing such a warm and inviting space. I can feel the vibe of community holding there and appreciate all the love you are putting in. 🙏💗
So nourishing to sing with you all. My cup is full 🎶✨💗

And if any of you wish to sing in community more I am opening myself back up after a little pause to host a fall Song Circle on the Equinox Sept 21 at the beautiful @foresthavenheals in the afternoon. More info to come. 🪘 🎵 🌲✨

Life is better together. Much love beautiful people 💗✨🙏

Let everything breath
The feminine trust
The feminine surrender
Everything is meant for breath
Our collective is dying to exhale
We’ve been holding our breath for far too long
Why is everyone so scared to let in the breath?
The breath will reveal things many may not be ready to see
But for those who are
Magic awaits
Mystery abounds
A life beyond your wildest dreams
Sacrifices made
Letting go was always worth it
The free fall you’ve been waiting for
But possibly didn’t know it
You were never meant to live this way
In contraction day in and day out
Dear woman
It’s your time to give birth
To the you that’s always been here
Release what is asking to be released
So you may reclaim every single part of you
Let breath in
Let everything breathe
