‘Not Alone’ and ‘Not Home’ were my submissions for the “Wish You Weren’t Here” screen-print postcard show by @raksasaprint exactly 10 years ago!

Revisited these two diptych/quadtych artworks because of my compulsion for symmetry. 🫪 by @sherwanrozan

Back in 2020 I had this screen-printed in 5 colourways and I’m down to my last one (pictured) which is also my favourite! I only sold a few, gave mostly to friends, and even destroyed some because future me wasn’t happy with my younger self’s QC lol.

If I were to produce this as prints again I would still stick with screen-printing but with white ink on black paper cause looks kinda sick. OR MAYBE make a mirror out of this?

NUCLEAR (mock-up) — 3:4 artboards have been my default lately bc of this app. So this can be scaled to 4.5 x 6 ft or 6 x 8 ft or 7.5 x 10 ft or 9 x 12 ft and so on BUT

Why are custom carpets so cekik darah to produce?

It can get pretty exhausting always having to remind myself to live in the moment or be present like always living in my thoughts instead of just being. 🫥 taken in Central Market Kuala Lumpur by @sherwanrozan

“Read Is Seen Typing” — concept based on texting culture. I’ve been really into playing around with negative cutouts lately.

My biggest texting pet peeve is when they text you to see if you’re there and don’t just straight away say why they’re texting you.

I know we’re not writing emails here but is this related to rejection sensitivity or fear of being perceived? by @sherwanrozan
