I’m so honoured and excited to be a vendor at the @athenacollective_ x @bardonthebeach Summer Marketplace on Saturday, August 29th at Sen̓ ákw/Vanier Park!
I’ll be there with my amazing and charming 9-year-old helper/co-creator, who has been so naturally, enthusiastically, and voluntarily involved in my entrepreneurship adventure ❤️ It’s pretty special to watch her be part of it!

We’ll be sharing the mission behind She Session Studio: capturing portraits of women in a way that feels natural, feminine, and authentically them. And we’ll be talking about how we actually do it - because it’s easy to say “natural and feminine”, but… how do you actually make that happen in front of a camera?! 😄

And there’s more! 🎉
We’ll have a veeeery significant special discount on photoshoots booked that day, AND at the end of the marketplace, we’ll draw one lucky winner who will receive a FREE photoshoot with She Session Studio! 🥳

Come find me on the lawn from 6pm onwards and say hi, try your luck in the draw, discover a marketplace full of incredible women-led businesses, and stay for a night at the theatre with Bard’s delightful production of Merry Wives of Windsor at 7:30pm.

Whether you already know Athena Collective or this is your first time hearing about it, everyone
is welcome. Come support small businesses, meet some new people, and enjoy a little
Shakespeare under the summer sky.

There’s also a special 15% discount on tickets in Zones A+, A and B and 10% off picnic
boxes (use code 26ATHENA), so if you want to stay for the show, grab your tickets before
they’re gone.

All the details and tickets here:

And a very special thank you to Kim @arvorei.communications and @sarahbundyconnect for coming up with this amazing idea and making it happen. ❤️

Can’t wait to see you there! 🫶

Camping with kids isn’t the easiest or the most relaxing thing I dream of 😂, but these days are filled with little lessons that matter…
They learn to cook, carry their own things, and figure out how to do more on their own.
It’s amazing how these simple moments become the biggest steps toward independence.
I love watching them grow in this natural rhythm—closer to nature, more confident, and more connected to the world around them. ❤️

She would have turned 73 today ❤️
I celebrate this day every year ❤️❤️❤️
The woman who showed me how wide and full of adventures the world is.
The one who showed me the beauty and grace of a mother–daughter bond.
Maybe that’s also where my love for women’s stories began…
For their strength.
Their courage.
Their quiet power.
Here’s to all brave and strong women.
Your strength shapes the world. ❤️ taken in Warsaw, Poland by @shesessionstudio

You don’t need to try harder.
You need to feel safe enough to soften.
That’s where authenticity lives. ❤️

This is how I photograph women.
Through presence, not posing.

If this resonates, save this for later ❤️
