THINGS I CHANGED TO RUN MY FASTEST MARATHON ➡️➡️➡️ @goldcoastmarathon 2019 2:54 ➡️ 2026 2:51 There are so many things that go into a Marathon build but it’s often the most simplest that get overlooked 👀 I’m still buzzing from that weekend and looking forward to lining up at Chicago Marathon in just over 4 weeks! Who thinks I can go under 2:50 🫣 @chimarathon @lululemonausnz @wattsathletics @oakleyaustralia by @shi_watts

What a year.. 2 Marathons, a PB and my time at Gold Coast (2:51) earlier in the year meant I qualified for the world age group championships in Tokyo 2027 ⭐️ Can’t wait to do it all again 🏃🏼‍♀️🩷 #marathon #marathontraining #chicagomarathon #tokyomarathon #lululemonambassador by @shi_watts
The smile on my face says it all! First session back, happy to be back into it but most of all so happy to see everyone again! It’s not just the running, it’s the people who surround you that is the best part of it 🫶🏻 Huge shoutout to Mark and Nicky for taking the sessions while we were away.
