First Powerman! Not quite the Classic we trained for thanks to the haze, but a 5k/30k/5k still gets the job done. Shoutout to cramp city for making sure I didn’t forget the last leg. Plenty to fix but we move forward, next year we get it right!

What an incredible competition hosted by @_sky_goat__ @extinctgames.sg ! I almost didn’t say yes when @_sky_goat__ first reached out, but I am so glad I did. Think Physical 100 meets Squid Game right here in Singapore!

Definitely didn’t expect to go all the way and bag 2nd place! 🥈Met some amazing people from all kinds of sports backgrounds along the way was definitely the highlight.

The big question is: Are we getting a Season 2? Stay tuned to find out! 👀

Aimed for sub-3 but got 3:00:48 instead 💀 Those transition cramps proved I need more volume in the legs especially for the last leg. I was cramping from the very first km 💀 Nonetheless, it was a good experience, and I’ve got to do a few more before the year end IM 70.3. Weekly training plans

3km Swim | 90km Ride | 30km Run (Total)

Not always easy to juggle work with training, but I’m really enjoying the process. Ironman 70.3 is coming this November and for now, we just keep moving!
