Calgary Marathon 2026. That was a blast.

My 3rd time pacing the 1:30 half marathon and every time I try and have a bit more FUN! And I think that goal was accomplished.

More to come from the @calgarymarathon - but for now some friend sourced content from today. Congratulations to all the runners, @runcalgary team and thank you to all volunteers and cheer stations for your energy! #runyyc #runcalgary #calgarymarathon #yycrun #yycfitness taken in Calgary, Alberta by @shiks86

This year, we’re introducing more ways we can raise money for the Alzheimer Society of Alberta & NWT…so here is our 50/50!

This 50/50 is run directly through Rafflebox with the society, we’re just letting everyone know of this draw.

The draw will take place 1 day after One Track Mind, however anyone (in Alberta, 18+) can enter.

So please share and help us raise as much as we can.

Link in bio. And comments.

This month will mark 4 years with WaitWell! I’m gonna make it. 😳 For a startup that’s a big milestone.

Approaching 50 conferences in the past 4 years, which is insane. A million miles, over 22 states, lots of time away from home and the dog 🐕 which is tough a lot of the time - but it’s been a crazy/rewarding ride and hope I can keep it going for a while longer!

I didn’t race this year. But couldn’t help it. 😂

As someone who is from Edmonton, had some amazing times at the race - to hear of the distance disaster I can’t help but feel frustrated for the runners that missed their goal time. 700m is preventable.

Cmon @edmontonmarathon do better. This could be one of the best races in Canada. 🇨🇦 Fast, BQ qualifier, and beautiful river valley …but you have such low hanging fruit that should be addressed!

Mile markers for one. Better pre and post race experience. And this was our national championship!?! 😬

Had to recapture the moment at Shikaze Court in Mission, BC during our Shikaze Family reunion.

Few more memories, few more grey hairs, no more height. But nice to be with our family of 5 again ❤️ taken in Mission, British Columbia by @shiks86

We had a wonderful time. It was well organized. So amazingly branded. And communication with all the smoke threats, was well done!
