📅 Agenda 🔹6:00 pm: Arrive + join the Steady State Endurance Run Crew 🔹6:30 pm: Easy 5k  🔹6:30-8:30 pm: Live DJ + BRB popup + Snowman Pizza Food Truck 🔹9:00 pm: Event ends

🎟 Free to attend. And you don’t have to run!

🎟️Limited free tickets available, but the brewery is open 1-9 pm if you’d rather pop by anytime on/after Oct 22 for the beer (while supplies last).

We’re thrilled to showcase Move For the Girls in our newsletter and website tomorrow! 🏃‍♀️

❓What is Move For The Girls?
🏃‍♀️Move For The Girls is a month-long national movement led by Girls Forward Foundation, bringing people together across Canada throughout October to Move, Give and Celebrate in support of girls in sport.

This year, the goal is to collectively reach 360,000 movement minutes and raise $100,000 to support Girls Forward programming across Canada.

As a local running platform we’re always happy to shine a spotlight towards organizations, such as Girls Forward Foundation, who are doing amazing things in our community. In this case, they are creating opportunities for girls to participate in sport.

Thanks to the team Megan, Jennifer, Heidi, and Jaime for bringing this to us. 🙌

This year, we’re introducing more ways we can raise money for the Alzheimer Society of Alberta & NWT…so here is our 50/50!

This 50/50 is run directly through Rafflebox with the society, we’re just letting everyone know of this draw.

The draw will take place 1 day after One Track Mind, however anyone (in Alberta, 18+) can enter.

So please share and help us raise as much as we can.
