Join me on Sunday, November 1st at Prestwick Pond for a fun, inclusive 6-hour endurance challenge where you decide how far you want to go! Whether you want to walk a few miles, run a 5K, chase a new distance PR, or see just how many miles you can complete in six hours — this event is for you! Participants will run, walk, or wheel as many 1-mile loops as they can between 12 PM–6 PM. Stay for the entire six hours or participate for as little or as long as you’d like! EVERYONE IS WELCOME — all ages & abilities! Bring your family, friends, running buddies, or come challenge yourself solo. Event Day Info: 📍 Prestwick Pond

It's that time of year again! My 3rd annual BDAY 5K 🥹🎂 This year I'm a little later because I was waiting on medals. I did not have the time to FULLY hand craft them myself this year but I did create them from scratch using multiple design tools and platforms! Event Start: August 16, 10AM River Ave Bridge, Cochrane This year I will have our food truck @frybarfoodtruck serving food for purchase after the race starting at 11AM We will also have special guest Billy Ross from @runravecalgary who will be bringing the music and great vibes! Some international virtual participants may not receive their race kits prior to race day. However you can still run and upload or send your race times to me for overall placements! This year I will have Garmin swag to give away to a few in person participants and I will even put together a virtual Garmin swag kit for a couple lucky winners drawn at random! In person registration is $12 Virtual registration is $32 plus shipping There's a free virtual option as well without bib or medal If you are someone who needs a lesser cost entry please reach out to me and I will work something out with you! If you are local to the Calgary area and are planning to run virtually I will have a bib pickup location planned for you so you don't have to encur shipping costs in this case you would select in person registration and just send me a message letting me know you will be running virtually ☺️ Thank you for joining me!
