@coach_holmes gave me the nickname “Velocity” this week.

Looking at my filmmaking style… does he have a point? 😅

What most don’t see…

•
•
•

What most don’t see is the attention to detail, the hunger for knowledge and focus on the little things that take athletes from great… to undeniable.

What most don’t see is the willingness to be uncomfortable, the desire to push through and the grit it takes to put in the work, day in and day out… that the others won’t.

What most don’t see is the relentless pursuit of information, health and recovery. The countless hours spent preparing the body and mind for the next game, the next play… and the next level.

This is a day in the life of Devin Fitzgerald. taken in Scottsdale, Arizona by @shotby.fitz

She wasn’t born with a crown.
She earned it—
with blood, sweat, and reps no one ever saw.

No special treatment.
No handouts.
Just a relentless drive to be better than yesterday.

She failed.
She fell.
But she never folded.

While the world waited for a “star,”
she was in the lab—training like one.

Now?
She doesn’t talk about being great.
She shows up and proves it.

Because legends aren’t born.
They’re made under pressure—
and trained at EliteU.
