Been mentoring young guys for years, but this week we made it official! We kicked off my first 1 of 1 Mentorship cohort with 10 young players from @jrhawksfootball.

Having people believe in me, push me and keep me on the right path helped shape who I am today. Now it’s my turn to pour back.

For the next 3 months, it’s bigger than football. We’re talking purpose, character, leadership, and confidence.

Everybody needs somebody in their corner. These young men are 1 of 1, and I want them to know that! ❤️🚀

Pulled up on the 12U @jrhawksfootball this week to give them some game.

I know the dream is the NFL. I had that same dream. But I told them, it starts way before you even get to the league.

Focus on your grades, respect your parents & make good decisions. Be a good kid. Your character matters.

I’ll never forget an NFL coach contacting my elementary school principal about my character. That stuck with me.

Who you are today matters.

Love being able to pour into the youth. This is bigger than football. ❤️🚀 #The1NE

Some days your scene partner has rotors. 🚁

Operating a Hybrid-Steadicam next to a live helicopter. = Awesome. 😎 🤘

Still can’t believe this is what I get to do for a living.

NFL Cut Day is here and I know all about it. Inspired by everything that nobody tells you about with roster cuts and free agency. Just making light of a real situation. Praying for all my NFL brothers this weekend!! This is The Cut trailer🎬
