This is who I am This is what I'm about I’m not just a coach telling you it works...I’m the proof that it does. The discipline, the consistency, the work, the results. Show up, Put in the work and refuse to settle. #ShowUp #ShowUpPerform by @showup.perform

Massive stint from the lads on the weekend. Proud is an understatement. PBs all round and we're only just scratching the surface of what each athlete is capable of. They show up, they perform, and they put in the work when no one's watching...Even with injuries right across the board, each one of the boys still found a way to set new PBs for themselves. That's what it's about...Trusting the process, staying consistent and showing up regardless of what gets thrown your way. The work is paying off, but we're only just getting started 🫡 8 weeks out from Melb Hyrox, back to the lab 🥷📈 Special shout out to @einso.f for kitting all the lads out and always being in our corner, Iron sharpens Iron and that's exactly what we are doing out here 🔥 #showup by @showup.perform

First Official Half Marathon in the books - 1:21:39 | 3:52/km 32nd Overall out of 4,103 16th in Age Group (20–29) out of 733 30th Male out of 2,090 To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. 12 weeks of work, one goal, and today I fell short. Two weeks ago, I suffered a Grade 1 hamstring strain in the final race simulation of my block. Since then, I’ve struggled to mentally check back in. I lined up today at around 65–70%, knowing I wasn’t where I needed to be, but still wanting to give it my best shot. The first 8km felt strong. The final 13km was a war. The fitness was there, but the pain at full stride was too much. I stopped around five times, even sitting on a park bench for two minutes questioning whether I should pull the pin. I felt defeated, broken, and questioned why I was even trying to chase a time when my body clearly wasn’t ready. But after some words from my brother @kphit.confidence , and seeing my wife @alexrangihaeata at one of the turnarounds, I broke down, hugged her, and found the strength to keep moving. Both of their messages were the same: just finish the race. I crossed the line in 1:21:39. Not the time I wanted, not the performance I trained for, and definitely not the result I envisioned. I’m my own worst critic, and right now, this one hurts. Some might say I shot for the moon and landed among the stars, but honestly, I feel like I’m still floating somewhere in dead space. But this is sport. It gives you the highs that make every sacrifice worth it, and the lows that force you to look in the mirror. You can’t appreciate the highs without experiencing the lows, and you can’t grow if you never learn to sit with disappointment. Sometimes you have to let it hurt, take the lessons, and keep moving forward. Today felt like a loss, but it doesn’t define me. I know I’ll be back bigger and better. For now, the focus shifts to recovery, rebuilding, and giving my body the time it deserves. Sub 80 is still the goal, this chapter just didn’t go to plan. ⛽️ @maplemovement 🌬 @breatheeze 🧢 @hikoi.official 👕 @einso.f ⌚️ @coros_anz 🩳 @whaiaclo 🧦 @2xu 👟 @pumarunning Back again soon 🙏🏽 by @showup.perform

MICHAEL POTINI - 44:54 10KM PB 🚀 He had one goal, Break 45 minutes for 10KM. Today, he did exactly that. 8 weeks working together and a 6-minute PB !!! And while I’m proud to have been part of the process, this result belongs to Michael. He’s the one who showed up, He’s the one who stayed consistent, He’s the one who put the work in, He’s the one who kept going when it wasn’t always easy. No shortcuts, no magic, just a goal, a plan, and the commitment to see it through. Brother, I’m genuinely proud of you. You trusted the process, backed yourself and put the work in and today you proved to yourself that you are who you say you are. Sub 45...Goal achieved 🫡 I truly believe this is only the beginning. Enjoy it, You earned it, back to work 🥷 SHOW UP. PERFORM. #showup by @showup.perform
Met bro 2 months ago...both only fresh in this game but I'm telling you it will be ours in less than 12 months 🚀🔥 Sub60 showdown was cracka, ran open weights and managed to get the fastest time overall of the day 💯🐖🪽 by @showup.perform
Finding your purpose changes everything. When you genuinely love what you do, feel fulfilled by it and know you’re making an impact, work stops feeling like work. I’m grateful to be doing something I love, something that challenges me, and something that gives me purpose. 🙏🏽🖤 - - #fitness #coach #reel #explore #growth by @showup.perform
