POSTS STORIES REELS

I said I would and I fkn did...officially a sub 3 hour marathon runner.

A couple months ago I made a post about how there are different types of training when it comes to the gym etc. For me I said I train for performance, I train to show up and I train to do what I need to do when I need to do it.

Today is the perfect example of that, only 48 hours ago I competed in Hyrox sydney, the 12 week block of training leading up to this was only Hyrox based. I did not do any prep for this marathon and I only just decided to do it 5 days ago ( Not saying this to brag but to show that what I do is for a purpose...to fkn show up and kill what I need to kill ). Fatigued legs from Hyrox and pretty average fueling leading into this and I fkn did that shit, so fkn oath I'm giving myself my flowers.

Grateful as always and back to the lab, we go again 💪🏽😤‼️

Some support that means a little extra 🤍

When I reached out to Dan & Ella at @maplemovement about my end of year 24 hour run for men’s mental health, they were all for it and jumped on board straight away.

They’ve offered to help fuel my training in the lead-up to the 24 hour run, as well as provide plenty of product to get me through the day itself, with plenty for the community to try along the way too. If you haven’t tried their gels yet, come find out for yourself…they won’t disappoint.

You hear a lot about how good these two are as business owners and people, and I can tell you firsthand that everything you hear is true. The cause also hits close to home for them, which makes having their support mean that much more.

Genuinely stoked to have Maple Movement in my corner for this one.

If you want to give their fuel a crack yourself, use TUAKANA for 10% off your order 🤝🏾 by @tuakanaaa

This is one I’ve wanted for a while 🤝🏽💧

Super stoked to be on board with @dr.hydrate

Hydration is one of those things that can make or break your performance as an athlete. From maintaining output and managing fluid loss to supporting recovery, what you put back into your body matters. That’s where Dr Hydrate comes in, quality electrolytes to help you stay on top of your game, whether you’re running, training or racing.

They’re also backing my end of year 24 hour run with plenty of product for me to fuel with throughout the event, plus for the community to try for themselves. Appreciate the support team and keen to get people around it! 🤝🏽

If you’ve been thinking about giving them a go, use TUAKANA10 for 10% off your order and give them a crack for yourself...LFG 🫡

Saturday recovery 🫶🏽

First proper recovery session at @p3recovery_pimpama - working through some contrast therapy and finishing off with the compression boots.

Contrast Therapy - Alternating between hot and cold pools to help manage muscle soreness, support circulation and leave you feeling refreshed.

Compression Boots - Using controlled pressure to support blood flow and fluid movement, helping ease that heavy leg feeling after big training sessions.

With the amount of running and hybrid volume in my training , recovery is just as important as the work you put in. It's about giving the body the best chance to bounce back and show up again which is why I need to start taking it more seriously...First of many, grateful for all the opportunities I've been blessed with so far.

Appreciate the team at P3 Recovery Pimpama for having me in 🤝🏽
