To make a table reservation, please visit our website at www.shoyu.lv. There, you can easily choose your preferred time and the number of guests. If you have any special requirements, feel free to add a note—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

If you don’t see an option for your desired time, it means we are either fully booked or there isn’t enough space for your party at that moment. But don’t worry! We always keep our cozy terrace open in summer days for walk-ins, so there’s always a chance to find a spot.

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came out this weekend for the Shōyu x Tran Nam Nguyen @foodie.t.nam collaboration! We are absolutely blown away by the incredible turnout, the endless energy, and your shared love for great ramen.
Special thanks to the Prince of Ramen himself, Tran Nam Nguyen, for taking over our kitchen, sharing his insane signature bowls, and bringing such an unforgettable vibe to Riga. It was an honor to work side by side!

We are in full prep mode for the biggest collaboration of the year!

Tomorrow, the Shōyu x Tran Nam Nguyen pop-up officially begins. We are joining forces with the Prince of Ramen to bring you his legendary signature bowl.

The Prince of Ramen @foodie.t.nam has a direct message for Riga.

Tran Nam Nguyen is officially taking over the Shōyu kitchen. He’s stepping in for exactly three days to serve his legendary signature ramen the exact bowl that earned him his title and cult following.
