One year married, and we spent it in Riga 🇱🇻

No big plans. Long dinners at only Michelin recommended restaurants, a little too much Black Balsam, and walking hand in hand through the Old Town until we were properly lost. We sang badly at karaoke, watched the city from a rooftop, and fell asleep each night already talking about breakfast.

It felt like us. Slow, a bit silly, and very full.

Ramen is a gastronomic highlight in world cuisine. Noodles, broth, and toppings may seem too simple, but their harmonious combination is a true work of art. Once more, Shōyu provided the residents of Riga with the chance to try the very best! Ramen Prince of Berlin Tran Nam Nguyen came to Latvia for three days. That was truly magnificent. Classic Iekei Ramen (thin noodles, 16-hour double broth, smoked pork neck and belly, spinach, and nori) and Tonkotsu Gyokai Tsukemen (thick noodles, nori, smoked pork and turkey, green onions, sea buckthorn and oyster emulsion). Both ramens are served with sorrel yuzu, and raw garlic. It was delicious! Thank you, guys, for the opportunity, emotions, and taste.
