Your time to Shred, while the little ones have their own fun. 🧡🙌 With our Kids Lounge available at participating Shred415 studios, you can get stronger on the decks, hit the treads, and enjoy your class knowing the kids are taken care of nearby.

Because sometimes, making time for yourself just needs to be a little easier. 💪🧡

What a privilege it is to wake up and have another opportunity to become better. 🧡

A little stronger.

A little more confident.

A little closer to the version of you you’re working toward. Not perfection.

Just progress. taken in Shred415 Columbus by @shred415columbus
