Knee Spin Tutorial Part 3 ✨

After getting used to getting up and down with both legs will then begin adding the turns in both directions and getting up. Once we are used to that we will then begin adding the hop glide following into the motions. The key to adding it to your rock is at the end of your rock to push off and follow through the motions for the knee spin.

Just in time for @seismicdanceevent 🖤

If you're familiar with planes from other flow arts. You'll see shuffling has planes of its own after a while ✨

The first plane we come across is our horizontal plane when we "rock" back & forth but can be expanded on once visualized.

What I did was mark the max distance of my glides to determine my max spacing one can travel efficiently, also a metronome one could say as well.

More tutorials to come for @atxshufflers Hope this helps those wanting to learn & improve on their tech ✨
