We recently got an email from Austin parks and rec saying there has been several complaints over @jamattheparkatx and most recently from an event that happened Saturday 8/22 at Zilker park which is funny because that wasn’t even us lol. I went and met with a rep from the city earlier today and the main concerns were safety and amplified sound. I don’t want to cancel the jam on Saturday but also don’t want to get in trouble so I’m looking at options right now. It is a bit upsetting because out of all other groups and events happening, they have singled us out only which may be a good or bad thing, but I guess we’ve been making enough of a splash they think it’s just us. Anyways thank you for joining us so far and this won’t stop us from having fun together so stay tuned for updates!! 🎉

THROWBACK to @edc_lasvegas 2022
@mattsteffanina was playing
@vansecoo @agustinseco and fam were there, seemed like the whole shuffle fam was there and the vibes were unmatched. Sometimes it’s nice to reminisce on the good times we’ve had since it seems like everything is moving so fast these days. Almost seems like things are speeding up and can’t even enjoy the moment without worrying about the next thing. I gotta appreciate the present moment more. Nothing lasts forever but we can be grateful for the now. ❤️

Dang should I bring the curls back? 😂

If you’ve been to one of our park jams before, then you know no one else does it quite like this.
This is more than a dance party, it is a literal mini festival for all that want to be outside with the coolest people. This is for the shufflers, the aerialists, the flow artists, and families that want to be out in nature surrounded by a great community of creative people.

See yall on 6/20, 6-9:30pm at the “Tree of Life” at Zilker Park in Austin, TX.

Open decks 6-8pm for the first 6 DJ’s that show up.

@muvmetstudio will be joining us as well as @bodymasteryuniversity with acroyoga!

Oh yea, we have some special performances by some of Austin’s finest aerial performing artists.🎉

See yall soon!! 💥

Introducing my “Mr. Brightside” Techno Choreography.🥹💙 A piece SO special and near and dear to my heart. I started shuffling 10 years ago merely as a desire to express outwardly what I couldn’t hold within during a very hard time, but I believe that’s exactly why I’m here. Being in my true “animalistic” state as I like to call it, requires 100% vulnerability and trust in the room, and to that, I think of my beautiful Shuffle community. Through the ups and downs of your journey, it’s inevitable that you will be hurt, but I think the fight is in how you handle it and continue to show up. And if I’ve learned anything in 2026, it’s exactly that.

And this past April, I had the opportunity to be an instructor at the world’s largest Shuffle convention, @theshuffleverse.🦋 The Founder, Van (@vansecoo), was one of my first inspirations, then continued to be a monumental moving piece in our dance as the years went by. When V first reached out with the opportunity, I cried of course, and it was the easiest yes I could give. Then fast forward to ShuffleVerse, you have 10 of the greatest instructors in the world in one room at once, along with hundreds of passion-driven people ready to move!!

And all in all, my safety net is you guys. Behind this camera filming me, was a group of dancers cheering me on. I feel most myself dancing now, just as I did 10/11 years ago and that’s just unbelievable.♥️ To even feel and BE myself is a process, and I’m so happy I landed here.

So thank you @vansecoo and to the rest of the mega team that made it all happen - I know this is a solo video of me dancing hahahaha, but it’s the first vid I’m posting from my Choreo videos so alassss, diary post. Next, I’ll post group videos which I’m SUPER excited about!! Before going, I’ll leave y’all with simple notes:

💖 If you want to create, you need to be active.

💖 Leadership isn’t self-appointed. It’s by example.

💖 Stay authentic and be you.

💖 Remember your why.

💖 We are at a beautiful time in shuffling like I’ve never seen before. Enjoy it.

🎥 Thank you @rudekoji for the insane captures. You rock and we worked seamlessly 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽
