It was a privilege for Practic-Alt to be represented by our Founder, Shunit Chandra Roy, at the Future-Ready Workforce 2030: When Policy Meets Practice event hosted by the Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce (AustCham India) at the Australian High Commission, New Delhi.

The event brought together policymakers, industry leaders, and HR experts to discuss the future of workforce development, skills, and strategic talent collaboration between India and Australia.

We were honoured to hear the insightful address and engaging Q&A by H.E. Philip Green OAM, Australian High Commissioner to India, which offered valuable perspectives on strengthening collaboration and preparing for the workforce of tomorrow.

The roundtable discussion on Skills, HR Readiness & Strategic Talent Collaboration featured thought-provoking perspectives from Ravneet Pawha, Preeti Dang, Samreen Ghauri, Ashish Singh, Smriti Sharma, and Sulal Mathai, highlighting the importance of practical, value-driven solutions to bridge the gap between education and industry.

Our sincere thanks to Merin Devassia for bringing together such an impactful discussion and creating opportunities for meaningful collaboration across both countries. We also extend our gratitude to Abhishek Kumar Singh for the invitation.

At Practic-Alt, we believe that the future of employability is built through collaboration, innovation, and practical skill development. It is encouraging to see so many organizations working together to shape a future-ready workforce.

Some full-circle moments don’t make noise.
They just land… and stay with you.

Walking back into St. James’ School didn’t feel like a meeting. It felt like memory catching up with the present. Same corridors, same spirit just a very different purpose this time.

As old boys, this place shaped how we think, how we show up, how we built everything that came after. And now, seeing AlignEd become a part of that journey for the next generation of Jacobeans… that’s something else.

This isn’t just a partnership on paper. It’s personal.

Through Practic-Alt, we now get to contribute to a space that once built us helping students find clarity a little earlier, understand themselves a little better, and make decisions with a lot more confidence.

From sitting in those classrooms, to building something that now walks back into them.

Grateful. Proud. And genuinely excited for what this means for every student who comes next.
