It was a privilege for Practic-Alt to be represented by our Founder, Shunit Chandra Roy, at the Future-Ready Workforce 2030: When Policy Meets Practice event hosted by the Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce (AustCham India) at the Australian High Commission, New Delhi. The event brought together policymakers, industry leaders, and HR experts to discuss the future of workforce development, skills, and strategic talent collaboration between India and Australia. We were honoured to hear the insightful address and engaging Q&A by H.E. Philip Green OAM, Australian High Commissioner to India, which offered valuable perspectives on strengthening collaboration and preparing for the workforce of tomorrow. The roundtable discussion on Skills, HR Readiness & Strategic Talent Collaboration featured thought-provoking perspectives from Ravneet Pawha, Preeti Dang, Samreen Ghauri, Ashish Singh, Smriti Sharma, and Sulal Mathai, highlighting the importance of practical, value-driven solutions to bridge the gap between education and industry. Our sincere thanks to Merin Devassia for bringing together such an impactful discussion and creating opportunities for meaningful collaboration across both countries. We also extend our gratitude to Abhishek Kumar Singh for the invitation. At Practic-Alt, we believe that the future of employability is built through collaboration, innovation, and practical skill development. It is encouraging to see so many organizations working together to shape a future-ready workforce. #AustChamIndia #FutureSkills #WorkforceDevelopment #FutureOfWork #Employability [India Australia business, Indo Australian Chamber of Commerce, workforce development, future ready workforce, employability, skills development, HR readiness, talent collaboration, strategic workforce planning, industry academia collaboration, policy meets practice, Australian High Commission India, business networking, workforce innovation, skills gap, career readiness, practical skills, corporate learning, organizational development, Practic-Alt]

Building Stronger Industry-Academia Connections Today, We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Aman Vashisth, Training & Placement Officer at Gurugram University, for an insightful discussion on education, employability, and industry alignment. Our conversation focused on AlignEd and its mission to bridge the gap between academia and industry by helping institutions better understand, assess, and develop the skills today’s workforce demands. It was encouraging to exchange ideas on creating stronger pathways for students to transition confidently from classrooms to careers. We were also impressed by Gurugram University’s new campus. Its modern infrastructure and student-centric environment reflect a strong vision for the future of higher education and reinforce the importance of preparing students not only academically, but professionally. A sincere thank you to Dr. Aman Vashisth for the warm welcome, engaging conversation, and shared commitment to student success. The biggest career mistake isn’t choosing the wrong stream, It’s choosing a future before understanding yourself. For decades, students have been expected to fit neatly into predefined boxes and make life-changing decisions based on marks, pressure, and limited exposure. But the future of education is changing. NEP 2020 recognizes that students need flexibility, exploration, vocational exposure, and career guidance that reflects who they are, not just what they score. That’s why AlignEd takes a different approach. We help students uncover their strengths, understand how they think, and identify pathways that genuinely align with their interests, abilities, and potential. Because successful careers aren’t built by following someone else’s roadmap. ‌ They’re built by understanding yourself first. Ready to discover the career paths that truly fit you? Take the AlignEd Career Alignment Assessment today. Link in bio. ‌#CareerAlignment #NEP2020 #CareerGuidance #StudentSuccess #FutureReady [career assessment, career counselling, NEP 2020, student development, career planning, skills assessment, education innovation, future careers, career discovery, student guidance]

Some full-circle moments don’t make noise. They just land… and stay with you. Walking back into St. James’ School didn’t feel like a meeting. It felt like memory catching up with the present. Same corridors, same spirit just a very different purpose this time. As old boys, this place shaped how we think, how we show up, how we built everything that came after. And now, seeing AlignEd become a part of that journey for the next generation of Jacobeans… that’s something else. This isn’t just a partnership on paper. It’s personal. Through Practic-Alt, we now get to contribute to a space that once built us helping students find clarity a little earlier, understand themselves a little better, and make decisions with a lot more confidence. From sitting in those classrooms, to building something that now walks back into them. Grateful. Proud. And genuinely excited for what this means for every student who comes next. #aligned #fullcirclemoment #stjamesschool #givingback #studentfutures #careeralignment
