Thank you everyone that has reached out to me. I am suffering from Bell’s Palsy. It’s a condition that affects 50% of my face. I am okay. There is no pain. I have complete bodily movement and function but only my face is affected. I’m under medical care and prescribed medication. I speak with a lisp and I can not drink from bottle water or use straws. I will try and go back to work soon, hopefully my face will return to normal (possible a couple of weeks to month). We do not know what happened or why I’m affected. Under rare conditions, it does become permanent. I am not contagion.

I got out of the house a little later than I wanted. It was starting to get warm. I took Shush Yaz to the creek and back, dropped him off and continued onward to the fire station. There was a yard sale that I “had to” look around so that kinda messed up my walk time. Nevertheless, I did it!!! 2.74 miles 1:01 hrs
