FURY • 2026 • LOS ANGELES

Just realized I have not shared a single photo from this night. Here is @furyochc a couple months ago from the @soundandfuryfest preshow celebrating 10 years of their incredible record ‘Paramount’ at Milky’s

Fun fact: my dumb ass forgot the battery for my flash after thinking i’ve been charging it all day. No flash, no problem.

FLOWERS TAPED TO PENS / DUCK DUCK GOOSE / A YEAR AGO TODAY • 2026 • LOS ANGELES

I broke my rule of not going to shows right after tour but seeing friends I haven’t seen in a long time rock the gig was an exception. The rock block of @ayearagotodayca (15-20) @duckduckgoose.rip (10-14) @flowerstapedtopens (1-9) was that exception. 3 totally different bands, all epic!

After a month of being on the road, ya boy is back in LA!

Biggest love to @thegetupkids for honestly the coolest 3 years of my life and letting me be part of such an incredible family. Thank you for always having my back and reminding me the value of the work I do. In this world, its so easy to forget or its so easy to take advantage of ones value but y’all make it so easy to feel seen and heard. Thanks for giving me the chance to photograph y’all at all these crazy places too. I cannot wait to see what other awesome and crazy shit we gonna do together in the future. 🤖♥️

To @soursoundtrack, I know it was short but goddamn the memories I made with y’alls will last me a lifetime. Honestly, you guys deserve the universe and hopefully we can do this again. (I’d give up all my cows.. to share a van with you lot again) 🪧

And I wanna give the ultimate shoutout to my love, @isa_____photo for being an absolute legend. I know it sucks when I’m far away but thanks for being patient while I’m on the road. ILYSM and you’re the fucking best.

The road isn’t always the best but it’s the people who are on your side that makes all this worth it. by @shutterhappyjose

NO MODEL • 2026 • NEW YORK

I’ve rewritten this multiple times already but I just cant seem to find the right words to express how I feel about No Model. When @koreancigarette told me about this project, I was so stoked to hear that it was gonna be an all asian band. Not a lot of those around But they didn’t wanna be known as the diversity band. They just did their own damn thing, the way they wanted, the way they felt how it was supposed to. No gimmicks, no bs and thats what i love bout em. And they may not admit it but they definitely have done more to the asian culture than a lot of people out there. They were definitely one of the main inspirations and biggest supporters of my book.

I got so many things left unsaid but we’ll do that another time

Last night we celebrated the life of one hell of a band.

Gonna miss this band so much. But I’m not sad they’re done, I’m happy to have tagged along for the ride.

@koreancigarette @kimhwanchang @poochoodle @noelherbolario @nicolas_palermo_ all the love my family.

Rest in Power NO MODEL ❤️‍🔥 by @shutterhappyjose
