This piece feels like an alien that I’d want to make friends with. She’s natural and organic. by @shvil0

Exhale, 2025

Oil on canvas, 30”x40”

My favorite work yet. This was a completely intuitive painting. No plans were made, crisis moments occurred and felt to their fullest. Trust the mf process once againnnnnn ❤️ by @shvil0

What a pleasure it was to bring Felt Shapes to Dancing Family Festival! The purpose of this workshop is to bring consciousness to how interconnected we all are on a dancefloor, and it felt really well suited to the vibes of this festival.

We tied people together to show the push pull of energy on a dance floor and then we sketched each other’s movements. (The artwork that was produced will be turned into a collage, the wind did not allow for that at the function! :)

Kudos to this team for cultivating an atmosphere of safety, love, and silliness. There was a full program of some amazing arts and music festivities. It was magical to be a part of that! taken in Abergavenny, Wales by @shvil0

POV: you got to teach the most wholesome sensory art class at @shapeshifter_art_school

We explored a personal theme through each of our senses, to figure out what that theme smells like, sounds like, tastes like, feels like and looks like!

Some themes that were explored included: excitement, spring, rollercoasters, the beach, a family home, a bird, a lone tree on an open plane, the brain, the sun, and more ❤️

Thank you to all of you that came out and let me guide you through this sensory experience and thank you to Shapeshifter Art School for creating the space for this magic to occur 🌀❤️🎨 taken in ShapeShifter Art School and Gallery by @shvil0

Introducing Bite Sized Barter, a creative swap event and fundraiser for a new community-run art fund!

Bring something you love, leave with something new. Books, art, clothes, skills, baked goods…all are welcome ✨
We believe creatives thrive when they support each other. A barter system puts that into practice: no money, just community exchange. Your stuff finds a new home, someone else’s finds yours, and any funds made through ticket pack sales go straight back into making art happen.

On the day there’ll also be a collaborative artwork being made together, plus a raffle, so even if you’re just coming to be part of something, there’s plenty to get involved with.
