What does it take to be in the top 1% of CrossFit athletes? 🤔🏋️‍♀️

Based on the current CrossFit landscape, here is the estimated averages of the strength you need, to be in the top 1% of CrossFit athletes - according to ChatGPT:

💥 Back Squat: 205 - 215kg
💥 Deadlift: 230 - 250kg
💥 Snatch: 120 - 130kg
💥 Clean: 150 - 160kg
💥 Clean & Jerk: 140 - 150kg

My on camera numbers:

TRAIN TO COMPETE! 🏋🏻‍♂️…🏃🏻‍♂️…🚴🏻‍♂️…🚣🏻‍♂️

Introducing the Train to compete “Athletes Hub” a weekly space for athletes who are building towards their next competition.

Not another class. Not just open gym.

Every Friday, we train with a purpose, breaking down upcoming competition workouts, testing strategies, learning movement standards, working on pacing, and most importantly, having the right people around you to push the session.

Led by Head Coach Simon Merrill, the program will evolve around the competitions our athletes are preparing for.
