We took our biggest team ever to @nuclear.fit on Saturday, the 20th of September. Proud, doesn’t do it justice. For myself and @jaybenedettipt , Onpoint is our first baby. It has been the biggest part of our lives for nearly 15 years. When you join @onpointfitherts you join a family and we feel like proud parents when we see the achievements like the ones we saw on Saturday.
We saw first timers pushing themselves out of their comfort zone, we saw people achieving a personal best on the course, mums taking on the challenge after their first baby…We saw members who performed to outstanding levels and show phenomenal levels of athleticism.

Members bring their families and their children. And seeing how proud the children are of their mums and dads (and Grandparents!) just makes me feel so incredibly proud.

I would like to thank @nuclear.fit for having us and for putting on such a great event as always. We cannot wait to join you with a bigger and stronger team next year. taken in Onpoint Fitness Hertfordshire by @sianbenedetti

🔥 DEADLY DOZEN COMPLETE 🔥

Huge congratulations to our incredible @onpointfitherts gym members who took on the Deadly Dozen fitness race with me today! 💪💥 Your athleticism, determination, and grit—especially in this heat—were nothing short of inspiring. 🥵☀️

It wasn’t easy, but you showed up, pushed through, and crushed it. I’m so proud of every single one of you. This is what community and commitment look like. 🙌

What a day this was! The @onpointfitherts Summer Games was the epitome of everything we want Onpoint to be. Members supporting each other, pushing their fitness levels, couples training together, new mums finding their way back to the gym, people achieving more than they ever thought they could. Our members make Onpoint the special place we get to call work. Special thanks to
@chlorose.fit for team leading and coordinating the day with @jaybenedettipt . #teamonpoint #gymfamily #inspirational #fitness #fitforlife #fitfam by @sianbenedetti

Big shoutout to our amazing @onpointfitherts gym community! 💪

The way you lift each other up—literally and figuratively—is what makes this place more than just a gym.

Whether it’s spotting a heavy set, cheering on a tough finish, or just showing up with a positive vibe, your teamwork and support don’t go unnoticed. Keep pushing, keep growing, and keep being the strong crew that you are! 🙌🔥 #TeamWork #StrongerTogether #GymFam by @sianbenedetti

Meet Sue…

This legend just took part in her first ever @nuclear.fit event — and absolutely smashed it! From day one, Sue has shown nothing but hard work, a can-do attitude, and a smile that lights up the gym. ✨

Her progress has been amazing, her spirit is contagious, and honestly… she’s just a whole lot of fun to be around 🙌💥

Sue proves every day that age is just a number and strength comes in all forms. We’re beyond proud to have her in our fitness family. 🧡

Let’s hear it for Sue in the comments! 👏👇

Our biggest team yet for the first @nuclear.fit of 2025! Our members of @onpointfitherts pushed boundaries, overcame nerves, smashed PBs and had a whole lot of fun doing it! We even had our very own wave!

The end of year Christmas gathering is such a lovely way to wrap up 2024.
Catching up properly with members, watching the kids play together, rewarding everyone’s hard work. Recognising achievements and making plans for future goals. Noting the highs and lows of the year, say hi to new people and bye to others.
Seeing the community we’ve built have good times together warms my heart and I can help but feel like a proud mum to our @onpointfitherts baby.
@mrjaybenedetti and I celebrated our ten year anniversary and a new proposal was accepted.
I’m still beaming 😁
