Meet the DJs and Host powering the sound and soul of Funk Remainz Vol. 1

🎧 DJ Siege – A Denver-born open-format selector with deep roots in Hip-Hop, Funk, Soul, and electronic vibes. With 10+ years behind the turntables, Siege brings big-stage energy to every session — from the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival to local cyphers. Expect precision, groove, and a genuine love for the crowd.

🎧 DJ HomeAlone – A dancer’s DJ with raw rhythm and community at his core. Known for curating seamless, high-energy sets that move with intention, HomeAlone is a Machinez Remainz mainstay and a trusted presence on the floor. His selections speak through movement and memory.

🎤 Host: Ernan Torrez – Chair and Member of Foco Flava, organizer, dancer, and host with deep roots in House, Breaking, and freestyle culture. Ernan’s vision has helped build spaces across Colorado where hip-hop is honored and community leads. As MC of Funk Remainz, he brings rhythm, connection, and purpose to the mic — keeping the energy live and the soul of the jam intact. Whether on the floor or behind the scenes, he’s here to uplift dancers, storytell through sound, and make sure every voice in the cypher feels seen.

This is the team keeping the floor live, the vibes intentional, and the funk alive.

See you at Funk Remainz Vol. 1.

DC, Maryland, Virginia: THANK YOU 🙏

My time here has come to an end. In one short year, I’ve made amazing connections and had the experience of a lifetime. This place fulfilled me in more ways than I could’ve imagined. It hurts to leave, but thankfully we live in a world of social media interactions, random group chats, and discount flights.

It’s been real, DMV✌🏽❤️
