110 lbs down. And the last 35 came from learning to work WITH her body, not against it

Stella’s transformation is about so much more than a number on the scale

By the time she came to me, she had already lost around 70 lbs with other trainers
But she was stuck

She was eating very low calories, her body was burnt out, and she had hit a weight-loss plateau

On top of that, she was navigating health issues, digestion problems, multiple surgeries, and inflammation

The answer wasn’t to eat less
It wasn’t to push harder

It was time to step back, listen to her body, and rebuild
That took time

We worked through her health challenges, supported her digestion, adjusted her nutrition, and slowly created a foundation where her body could actually respond again

And eventually?
She lost another 35 lbs, bringing her total weight loss to 110 lbs
But she didn’t just get smaller
She built muscle
She got stronger
She improved her overall health
She learned to trust her body

And she stepped on stage in the Comeback category

This is why I believe so strongly that your body isn’t something you need to fight

If you’re eating less and less, working harder and harder, and still feeling stuck…
the answer isn’t always MORE restriction

Sometimes your body needs a different strategy

Whether you’re brand new to lifting or you’ve been stuck in a plateau for years, you can lose fat, build muscle, and get stronger without punishing yourself along the way

You don’t have to hate your body into changing it
You can do this from a place of love, patience, and strength

Stella’s comeback isn’t over, either

Now we have a whole year to build even more muscle before getting back on stage next year!
110 lbs down.
Stronger, not smaller.
And just getting started

I’m finally ready to tell this story. šŸ¤

For the last three years, this consumed my life.

The people close to me know that.

I talked about it constantly because I was living it every single day. I was searching for answers, trying everything I could think of, and honestly just trying to make it through each day.

But I didn’t share much of it here and not because I was hiding it. I just didn’t know how to put words to it yet.

Now that I’m out of the worst part of it, I want to share what happened, what I’m still learning, and why it completely changed the way I see health, fitness, and coaching.

If my story helps even one person feel less alone or encourages them to listen to what their body is trying to say, it’ll be worth sharing.

This is Part 1.

Part 2 is coming soon. šŸ¤

Someone grab the tissues… this is going to be a long one…

To my coach,

I’m not sure there are any enough words to express my gratitude for you but here are a few.

When I started as your client, I’ll admit, I was a little lost. I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed but I don’t think anything could have prepared me for the journey that would follow.

You coached me through the physical transformation, but you also taught me so much about discipline, consistency, patience, and believing in myself when I didn’t necessarily feel confident in what I was doing. You pushed me when I needed pushed, challenged me when I wanted to take the easier route, and trusted the process even on the days when I struggled to trust it myself.

There were so many moments throughout this prep when I was exhausted, overwhelmed, uncomfortable, or questioning whether I could really do this. And somehow, I kept going. Part of that is because you never let me forget what I was capable of. You kept providing feedback, kept believing in me and keep encouraging me every step of the way.

You helped me look at the person I used to be with compassion instead of shame, while also giving me the tools and confidence to become someone completely new.

This is more than just a physique transformation. This is becoming a version of myself that I can’t help but to undeniably love. You helped me chisel away parts of myself, in every aspect, to reach this version.

Every check in. Every adjustment. Every hard conversation. Every ā€œglutes out, ass upā€ moment. Every kind word. Every bit of encouragement. It mattered.

Ask me about the best part of show weekend?! It wasn’t the glam. It wasn’t stepping on the stage. It wasn’t the dazzling bikini. It was learning that you, too, chose growth and hard things and wanted to coach me outside of just transformation 🄹🄹😭😭

So excited for this next year of growth. ✨

Love you so much. As a coach. As a trainer. As a friend šŸ«¶šŸ¼ by @sierrablee

107 lbs down!!!
& counting....
& 3 weeks away from stepping on that transformation stage

I am so incredibly proud of this woman
& honestly, the 107 lbs is only 1 piece of what makes this transformation so incredible

I’m even more proud ofĀ the woman she has become throughout this process

Over the last 8 months, I’ve watched her choose herself again after a really hard year of health issues that gave her every reason to slow down, make excuses, or put herself last

Instead, she decided she wanted MORE

More confidence
More trust in herself
More belief in what she is capable of
More out of her life and out of herself
& that meant doing things that scared her

It meant stepping outside of what was comfortable + learning how to be the woman who doesn’t back down just because something feels hard or unfamiliar
& through all of it, I’ve watched her keep the promises she made to herself...

Choose progress over perfection
Choose discipline when motivation wasn’t there
Choose to keep showing up even when things felt hard
& most importantly, she’s learned how to pursue a huge goal without making the process about punishment

The physique is incredible
But the confidence, self-trust & courage she has built along the way?
That’s the real transformation

We are officially in the final stretch.
3 freakin’ weeks.Ā + I cannot wait to watch her shine so hard on that stage as the woman she worked so damn hard to become!!

Drop her some love because this girl has worked SO hard for thisĀ
let this be your sign....

You don’t need to wait until you feel confident

Confidence is built by keeping promises to yourself & doing the things that scare you anyway

If you’re ready to become the woman you KNOW you’re capable of becoming, DM me ā€œHERā€ & let’s chat

2. If you make it to the last pic, lmk what you would caption it šŸ˜‚

But for real, I’m so grateful.

I’ve been to a handful of concerts and events over the last three years, and while dealing with my health issues, I was honestly miserable at most of them.

I did my best to look like I was having fun, but I was so exhausted. The best way I can explain it is trying to enjoy a concert while running on no sleep with a stomach ache the entire time.

And after three years of feeling that way, I genuinely started to wonder if that was just my life now.

This weekend was different.

I danced the whole time, even in the pouring rain. I actually had fun. I didn’t have to fake it. I didn’t get home and cry because I was scared I’d never genuinely enjoy things again.

And maybe one of the biggest things: I didn’t need four days to recover afterward.

Three years is a really long time to not feel like yourself.

So yeah, I’m really grateful to be getting pieces of my life back. Also shoutout to my husband who has been amazing through all the tears and fear. Love youšŸ¤ taken in Dillon Amphitheater by @sierrablee

✨Announcement Time✨

For years, I’ve helped women change their bodies through strength training, nutrition, and sustainable habits.

And that is not changing!

I’ll still be helping women build muscle, lose body fat, improve their relationship with food, and feel more confident in the gymā˜ŗļø

But the longer I’ve coached and the more complicated my own health became the more I realized that not every woman needs another fat-loss phase, stricter macros, or a harder training plan.

Sometimes the goal is better digestion. More energy. Improved health markers. Hormonal support. Less stress. Better sleep. Or simply understanding why your body feels off instead of continuing to push through it.

That is why last year I decided to attend @ntatraining

I’ll officially graduate in September as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and this education will allow me to support more women in more ways.

Not everyone wants to track macros, build muscle, or pursue a physique goal. Some women need a completely different kind of support, and I’ll now have more tools to meet each client where she is and create an approach around what she actually needs.

So, I’m NOT stepping away from fitness coaching. I’m expanding the kind of support I can offer✨

I’m so excited to bring both sides of my work together and help women pursue their goals without sacrificing their health to get there.

DM me ā€œHELPā€ if you need thisšŸ¤

h e a l i n g šŸ¤

The first time my hair started falling out, I cried every single day.

Every shower felt like another reminder that something was wrong.

I’d run my fingers through my hair and watch strands come out. I’d avoid washing it because I didn’t want to see how much I was losing. I stopped wearing it down because it felt so thin. Every mirror became something I dreaded.

Then it started growing back.

I thought I had figured it out.

Until it happened again.

That second time broke me.

I remember thinking, How is this happening again? I had spent thousands of dollars, worked with practitioner after practitioner, done the gut protocols, the detoxes, the restrictive diets… and somehow I was even sicker than before.

It wasn’t just about losing my hair. It felt like I was losing pieces of myself. My confidence. My identity. My hope that I’d ever feel healthy again.

Looking at these photos now makes me emotional not because my hair grew back, but because I know the girl on the left was doing everything she could with the information she had.

She just needed someone to stop telling her to fight her body… and start teaching her how to support it.

Healing gave me my hair back.

But more importantly, it gave me myself back. šŸ¤ by @sierrablee
