110 lbs down. And the last 35 came from learning to work WITH her body, not against it Stella’s transformation is about so much more than a number on the scale By the time she came to me, she had already lost around 70 lbs with other trainers But she was stuck She was eating very low calories, her body was burnt out, and she had hit a weight-loss plateau On top of that, she was navigating health issues, digestion problems, multiple surgeries, and inflammation The answer wasn’t to eat less It wasn’t to push harder It was time to step back, listen to her body, and rebuild That took time We worked through her health challenges, supported her digestion, adjusted her nutrition, and slowly created a foundation where her body could actually respond again And eventually? She lost another 35 lbs, bringing her total weight loss to 110 lbs But she didn’t just get smaller She built muscle She got stronger She improved her overall health She learned to trust her body And she stepped on stage in the Comeback category This is why I believe so strongly that your body isn’t something you need to fight If you’re eating less and less, working harder and harder, and still feeling stuck… the answer isn’t always MORE restriction Sometimes your body needs a different strategy Whether you’re brand new to lifting or you’ve been stuck in a plateau for years, you can lose fat, build muscle, and get stronger without punishing yourself along the way You don’t have to hate your body into changing it You can do this from a place of love, patience, and strength Stella’s comeback isn’t over, either Now we have a whole year to build even more muscle before getting back on stage next year! 110 lbs down. I DID IT. 🥹❤️ My first bodybuilding show is officially in the books, and I don’t even know how to put into words what yesterday meant to me. 🥉 3rd place Figure 🏅 5th place Transformation — after losing 50+ lbs ✨ All natural 🎟️ And I qualified for the Championship! But as proud as I am of those things, the part I’ll remember most is looking around and seeing the people I love there with me. Tristan has supported me through every part of this journey—the good days, the hard days, the doubts, the early mornings, the endless routines—and having him there yesterday meant everything to me. I truly couldn’t have done this without him. ❤️ And then to have my sisters, friend AND my MPACT family there cheering me on… it was perfection. Yesterday wasn’t just about what I looked like standing on that stage. It was about everything it took to become the woman who was confident enough to walk onto it. I worked REALLY hard for this. And I’m letting myself be really freaking proud of it. First show. First medals. Championship qualified. And we’re just getting started. 🥹💪❤️

107 lbs down!!! & counting.... & 3 weeks away from stepping on that transformation stage I am so incredibly proud of this woman & honestly, the 107 lbs is only 1 piece of what makes this transformation so incredible I’m even more proud of the woman she has become throughout this process Over the last 8 months, I’ve watched her choose herself again after a really hard year of health issues that gave her every reason to slow down, make excuses, or put herself last Instead, she decided she wanted MORE More confidence More trust in herself More belief in what she is capable of More out of her life and out of herself & that meant doing things that scared her It meant stepping outside of what was comfortable + learning how to be the woman who doesn’t back down just because something feels hard or unfamiliar & through all of it, I’ve watched her keep the promises she made to herself... Choose progress over perfection Choose discipline when motivation wasn’t there Choose to keep showing up even when things felt hard & most importantly, she’s learned how to pursue a huge goal without making the process about punishment The physique is incredible But the confidence, self-trust & courage she has built along the way? That’s the real transformation We are officially in the final stretch. 3 freakin’ weeks. + I cannot wait to watch her shine so hard on that stage as the woman she worked so damn hard to become!!
