Happy Sunday! ❤️

Today, I wanted a hearty, but easy breakfast. This took less than 20 minutes from start to finish. I made Yemeni Fasoulia and added hard boiled eggs instead of poaching eggs in the sauce. Worked a charm. I usually like my boiled eggs on the jammy side, but because my husband doesn't, I made sure they were more set.

Citrus season is one of my favorites, as is this cake.

It's an easy, one bowl, single layer orange olive oil cake that is moist, and full of flavor.

Thanksgiving may be behind us, but there’s still plenty of time for Friendsgiving. And let’s be honest...no one is in the mood for complicated cooking right now.

This no-bake Chocolate S’mores Tart made with @vitalfarms butter and eggs is easy, cozy, and perfect for sharing without the stress.

But, make sure not to walk away from your meringue like I did. I slightly over whipped it. 😅 Still delicious. ❤️

Did you know there are people on this planet who have never had Biscoff? 🤯

I developed this recipe 3 years ago because my co-workers had no idea what Biscoff was and I really needed them to know. 😆

I have since revamped this recipe (slightly) to make a thicker, chewier cookie.

✨NEW✨ Banana Biscoff Cake

This one. I honestly have so many words and no words at all. I made it for the first time several months ago because I wanted cake and I had ripe bananas at home. And boyyyyy! Since then, I've made it more times than I can count. I've made it for myself, my family, my co-workers, and today, my husband's co-workers get to enjoy it.

It's a lightly spiced banana sheet cake, covered in biscoff cream cheese frosting and drizzled with biscoff cookie butter. It's my favorite way to eat a banana cake these days.

Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Bundt Cake! 🎃

This was my favorite cake last fall. It's a moist pumpkin cake, covered in a spiced cinnamon sugar, and drizzled with a maple glaze. Ooooffff, so good!
