From estate agency, to building her own social media marketing agency from the ground up.

We get asked a lot how Sigrid came about, so we asked our founder, Annabelle, to explain it properly.

We had a big day last week! @sigridmedia officially turned two 🎊

I am beyond proud of where we've got to with our little business. It's been a lot of late nights but 100x more laughs.

I'm eternally grateful to all our amazing clients who have put their trust in us. An extra big thank you to those who were there from the very beginning (you know who you are), who took a punt on me and who I owe everything to!

Two years later and we now have an amazing team of 4 incredible women.

Emma in Operations, who has been with me since the early days and has dealt with many a stressy voicenote and broken laptops.

Tenae who helps us with loads of our creative work, editing and carousels.

And Issy, who joined us in person at the beginning of the summer and who a few of our clients now know well.

We also can’t forget our honorary team member Jack, who does lots of fancy videography alongside us for several of our shared clients.

I don’t love sharing too much of my personal life but I can’t miss my silent teammate Harry, my other half, who is, in my humble opinion, the most amazing person in the world. He has made me a thousand dinners and lunches whilst I am working, spent many a Saturday and a holiday with me locked in the office all whilst building a ridiculous career of his own.

I've learned more than I ever thought possible in two years.

Every new client and hire has pushed me out of my comfort zone, but it turns out we're all just trying to enjoy the 90,000 hours that we will spend working in our lifetimes! by @sigridmedia

Long-form videos, BTS content, reel covers. Annabelle gives her verdict on all of it.

Chaotic in the best way. This is what "a day in the life" actually means here.

Completed in the 1930s, the Isokon building in Belsize Park might just be the most significant work of modernist architecture in the UK.

Architect Wells Coates designed it around the radical idea that compact urban living could be functional, efficient and beautiful all at once.

Each flat works as a complete home in a single room. The aesthetic drawn from the Bauhaus movement.

And yet it had a social heartbeat too, with the Iso Bar opening in the basement in 1937, drawing residents like Agatha Christie through its doors.

Nearly 90 years on, the philosophy of compact and community-first living feels more relevant than ever.

Are we fans of this architectural style? I kind of love it.

Behind every new feature launch, ad campaign, and polished ‘ask a surveyor’ video (we know you love them)… is a lot of planning, problem solving, and figuring things out as we go.

Life as a startup means wearing multiple hats and building as you learn.

For Survey Shack, that means finding new ways to make property inspections more accessible, educational, and easier to understand for buyers and sellers alike.

A little behind the scenes from our latest shoot with Annabelle from Sigrid Media and Jack from Engels Productions vs the finished result.

We believe the UK property system needs a shakeup. Help us get the word out.
