Pure joy🐴
This brought me back to our childhood. Everyday Martine and I took care of our horses. We went galloping full speed, bareback, in the mountains after school. We were so connected with our horses. Together we were so alive and free. Martine and I rarely wanted to follow the rules when it came to horseback riding.
It’s been some years now without any horses in my life. Visiting @odagoda at @bekkola_ to rest and meditate with the horses was so beautiful.
It was a peaceful experience, but it reminded me of the wild girl from the mountains that lives inside, and that she will always find a way to return somehow. by @sigridsetsaas

Thank you dear friends for continuing the concept with the same quality, leadership, spirit and depth. This year I arrived with trust, knowing that the retreat and festival lives on without me solely leading it. After 6 years, I felt it was time to give more time and energy to new projects. Soon after I took a step back, new opportunities came. During this 7th edition, I still held and taught what I loved, and got to be present with my friends that I have loved creating this for and with. I got to do it with freedom from the overall responsibilty.
It’s just brilliant seeing everyone who wants to test a skill or have a role, take it, own it and flourish.
This is our playground. And it will evolve every year, in alignment with the pillars: Connection, Courage, Celebration, Play, Healing and Expansion🦋🧘🏽‍♀️🥰

During these years, 2020-2026, Soul Rise has taught me a lot about leadership, group facilitation and responsibilty. Most of all, it has given me many deep, mature friendships that just makes life greater to live.

@soulrise_festival is made from creative inspiration.

Thank you to the 12 brave and beautiful women who joined our first Head Up Retreat ❤️ @alivebyamanda and I really believed in what we created together with @headup_movement. Our belief in this concept is now very much strengthened and we are so excited to continue with two new retreats in 2027🥹🙏🏼

First, you dream. Then you do🩵

In Algarve I both worked and enjoyed life. When I visited our retreat venue I got tears in my eyes. I was in awe at how beautiful it was there and that the first retreat I hold abroad is at a place like this. The days preparing were a mix of «wow we get to do this» and «feels so natural».

Next week I’m back in Portugal. @alivebyamanda and I are ready for our first Head Up Retreat by @headup_movement ❤️‍🔥
The week after the 7th edition of @soulrise_festival happens once again.
I am so so grateful for all the friends supporting and co-creating🩵

It’s been a long winter and spring with focused work, being outside of my comfort-zone and learning many new things.
Now the journey is to really experience, feel and enjoy everything that has been set in motion💓 taken in Algarve, Portugal by @sigridsetsaas
