There are things our mind cannot get.

Some things are just meant to be felt, experienced.
Without any thoughts.

Sometimes the more powerful things cannot be explained or understood... with logic.

Just felt in the body and the rest (and majority) of our wise system, of our being.

Choose expansive.
Make it magical.
Live alive.
Love.

A "because of that" story is in the making.
i know it.
i feel it.

a lot is moving.

the inbetween may feel heavy at times. hopeful at others. i can taste the magic, briefly.
the pain. the unknown.

there is no clear clarity,

and still there is certainty, trust.
the seeds have been planted.

So curious of whats to come.

in the meantime Im feeling it all. and isnt that what living a life alive is !?

try the things, own your self, express, explore, experiment- and turn everything into magic...
in time, space, and insideout.

in private or public,
falling, feiling, rising, winning, loosing, fragile, strong,
soft, sweet, slow, fast, rushed,
clear, properly, imperfect, prepared, planned, or not
at once or later,
scream, whisper, whatever, just speak.
no matter what.
never silenced.

Its not about comfort.

What if comfort is a trap?
What if we remember that we have the capacity, and also the ability to expand it?

What if instead...

its all about connection, experimenting, exploring, expression, art, beauty, movement?

What if its about taking responsibility to honor life, by leading ourselves and daring to live a fantastic human experience beyond whats imaginable -on your terms.

for me, for you, for us. for nature.

What if brave is the way to go?
Brave to feel the feels and do it anyway, brave to speak outloud,
brave to share,
brave to live, be you -in all the versions,
brave to stay open, experiment,
brave to try different things, to listen with curiosity, to respect the different,
brave to love, to be vulnerable, imperfect,
brave to fail, make mistakes, stand up again, start over.

again, and again, and again.

brave enough to live a life alive.
no matter what.

Loving him today does not come natural at all, no. It is a choice.

Every time they meet its horrible, in a silent way. The breeze whispers about his wishes of her being vanished. He acts just as if that were the case, unaware of the impact on his child -who gets the unspoken message.

Her system notices, feels, remembers. She hears his past words, his lies, sees his changes, unreliability, unpredictability. She is aware, moved, shaken.

and still she stands. she smiles. she laughs. she holds her ground. Gracefully.

Allows the feels. Chooses to keep her head up high. to open her heart, her hands, her body.

His process is his.

Again, she chooses to smile, to cultivate joy and laughter. To connect to life and living a life alive. To stay open, to trust, to feel it all. In that way that women do, that mothers do.

Ultimately, she chooses to love. him, and that half of her. to love it all. It does not come easy or naturally. No, not at all. It is a CHOICE. "for me, for you, for us" -she thinks, "for her".

Releases. Opens her heart just a little bit more. Connects to her power, her vision, her desires and dreams. Releases one more time.

"It is all through me. and it is ME who chooses who to be, how to respond".

She chooses JOY. and she has decided to have the time of her life, no matter what!

It takes work, a lot of it. and I still choose to do it.

I am a shinny cold snowball to destructive fire.
I am neo: seeing, dodging then holding the bullets before letting them drop to the floor.
I am where bombs neutralize, melt, with infinite light, love, peace.

I am a safe space.

I am peace, love and light -whereever i go.

Just as one meets our child's emotions without reacting, without resentment, keeping score, giving them back, or expanding the pain, the anger, the anguish...

just like that -I am the same for him, for her, for them, for you, for us. for the system. for all.

I am infinite peace, light and love.

I am the place where bombs melt into. where war, hate, fear and anger end.

I am a dead end for pain, violence, abuse.

graciously. in joy.

I am alchemy, transformation, transmutation, creation, life. Alive.

it ends with us, bubba.
it ends with me.
it ends.

with love.
