Work hard, play harder. 🦍

One thing about us, we gonna train hard, laugh hard, compete, and enjoy the people around us. Gym sessions, random volleyball games, arcade nights, cookouts… memories getting built while we all chase bigger goals.

That balance matters. Stay disciplined, stay hungry, but don’t forget to enjoy the journey and the people grinding beside you.

We’re not building a team to participate.

We’re building a CULTURE OF WINNING. 🦍

We competed in and won in states such as South Carolina. Georgia. Virginia. New York. California. Texas. And we’re just getting started.

Everywhere we go, we carry NORTH CAROLINA with us. More specifically, JACKSONVILLE, NC. 📍

But the Factory has NO borders.

Local. Across the country. Across the world. If you’re hungry, disciplined, and EXPECT TO WIN, there’s a place for you here.

Different places. Different backgrounds.

ONE TEAM. ONE STANDARD.

WIN. 🦍

“WE AREN’T HERE TO TAKE PART.
WE’RE HERE TO TAKE OVER.”

BATTLE OF THE APES 🦍

This was bigger than powerlifting.

PRs were hit, small businesses showed out, school supplies were donated, and most importantly, the community came together.

Nothing but heavy weight, good vibes, and people genuinely supporting each other.

Grateful for everyone who competed, coached, volunteered, sponsored, vended, donated, or simply showed up.

This is what community looks like. 🦍

🦍 MEET COACH RYLEIGH 🦍

Ryleigh has been training since 8th grade, starting in powerlifting before transitioning into bodybuilding and now she’s bringing that experience to the Silverback Factory coaching staff.

Her goal as a coach is simple: help people build confidence, fall in love with training, and create a physique they’re proud of while learning to trust the process.

She wants clients who are ready to learn, work hard, stay patient, and TRAIN LIKE FUCKING DOGS. 🦍

Not every workout will be perfect. Not every week will feel easy. But consistency, patience, and resilience are what change physiques.

If you’re looking to build muscle, improve your physique, and take your training seriously, Coach Ryleigh is ready to work.

“Train like you’re in last place, compete like you’ve already won the overall.”

DM us to work with Coach Ryleigh. 🔥

I’m Josh, Owner & Head Coach of The Silverback Factory.

The Silverback Factory is more than a weight room. It’s where people rebuild themselves. We don’t just coach lifts we build people from the ground up.

Every athlete starts with hope. Hope that they can become stronger, healthier, and better than they were yesterday. They learn that no matter how bad things go, that their mind will carry them through when their bones are to weak.

Nothing is given here. Everything is earned. In the weight room and outside of it. Day after day, we show up, put in the work, and refuse to be outworked.

When people hear Silverback Factory, I want them to that a Silverback never bends, never waivers, has others to depend on, and a SILVERBACK NEVER GIVES UP!

We’re not here to take part. We’re here to take over.

OOGA BOOGA TO THE TOP. 🦍

🚨 SILVERBACK FACTORY ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

The Factory just got stronger. 🦍

We’re proud to officially introduce @logan_gratkins as the Assistant Head Coach of Silverback Factory.

Logan is a US Marine, powerlifter, BJJ athlete, and has spent the last 7 years under the iron. With a 610 squat, 365 bench, and 610 deadlift, he doesn’t just talk about the work he lives it.

But numbers are only part of why he’s here.

Logan brings ENERGY, INTELLIGENCE, DISCIPLINE, and CONSISTENCY to the Factory. His passion is working with people who are hungry, attacking goals with purpose, and watching athletes grow into something they didn’t think they could become.

At Silverback Factory, we aren’t just building athletes. We’re building a family, a culture, and something people are going to remember.

Logan believes in exactly what we’re building:

“We are not here to take part. We are here to take over.”

Welcome to the Factory, Assistant Head Coach Logan Gratkins. 🦍🔥

The team is growing.
The standard is rising.
And we’re just getting started.

OOGA BOOGA. 🦍
