If you’re planning your Studio Tour weekend in September, don’t skip Wellington. 🎨

This stretch of the tour packs a lot of art into a very walkable little corner of the County.

This year you’ll find:
@pierre.bouchard.glass + @kosoyandbouchardstudio — handmade glass and ceramics created by Pierre Bouchard and Michelle Kosoy in their shared Silver Barn studio.

Judy Taylor @thespottedzebrapec — vibrant paintings and functional pieces inspired by Judy’s love of colour, travel and the natural world.

Mark Armstrong @armstrongglassworks — colourful mouth-blown and hot-worked glassworks made in a historic Wellington feed mill.

Pamela Carter @pamelacarterstudio — bright paintings exploring colour, light, texture and composition, from local scenes and still lifes to expressive abstracts.

Dayna Law @daynalawart — bold, colourful paintings inspired by travel, nature and life experiences.

Renee Hiltz @reneehiltzart — colourful, intuitive mixed-media paintings where unexpected shapes, images and stories emerge through the process.

Sam Sakr @samsakrart — playful paintings and sculptures filled with colourful villages, landscapes and wonderfully quirky details.

Whether you’re coming specifically for the art or just looking for a beautiful way to spend a September weekend, Wellington is a pretty great place to wander, peek into studios and meet the people making the work.

The 33rd annual PEC Studio Tour runs September 18–20, 2026, and is free to attend. Grab a brochure at one of the many local stops or visit pecstudiotour.com to start planning your route.
